We just booked our honeymoon at the Sandals Grande in St. Lucia and I'm super excited!! We will be getting married at the RIU montego bay and will be there July 8-15. Then we will be in St. Lucia from July 15-22...can't wait!!!

you could if you want to...anything goes really I never even formally asked my BM's i just started talking about the wedding with them and then was like oh yea will you be my BM(it is my sister, my cousin and my best friend) so they all knew that they would be in my wedding

We had booked our wedding in the beginning of the summer and then got engaged at the end of the summer( i know a little backwards )...with the whole thing with my stepfather happening in the middle. It was so hard on me and my family but FI was there by my side the whole time supporting me in anything me and my family needed (gotta love him!)

My step-father (who i consider my father because he raised me since i was 7 and i don't speak to my biological father) was diagnosed with parkinsons diesese 12 years ago. Over the summer he became very sick and was in a coma and on a ventilator for over a week. We thought he would not come out of it. He did come out of it and it was a miracle. He is now in a nursing home because he needs round the clock care. He was not able to walk at all after he came out of the coma but he has been working very hard in physical therapy and is able to stand with the help of a walker. He will not be able to attend our wedding because he can't leave the nursing home. I was very upset that he would not be able to walk me down the aisle and that we would not be able to dance. Anyway on thanksgiving my family had planned to all gather at the nursing hom eto have dinner. My mother and step father surprised me by making it a mini wedding celebration since the family would all be there. My step father was dressed in a tux and was able to dance with me!! My uncle and FI stood behind him for support. Needless to say the whole room was sobbing. Even the nurses that work there came to watch! I was so happy that we were able to have our dance even if it wasn't on my wedding day. Here are some pics:

I'm so sorry that you both have to go through this...it's a terrible situation. I think that you will work it out together and whatever you choose will be fine.
