yeah we packed the contents and had a few cocktails and then put them together in Mexico - helped make it go a lot quicker

They charge you for the private dinner set up just like other all inclusive hotels would for the staff and the set up mostly - then you have a private waitstaff also. If they do not stay at Dreams you pay more than the $55 per head for the outside person fee.

Our photographer included our TTD in the package - I know a lot of DW photographers do this. Also, I would highly recommend doing it later in the week. We did ours the day after the wedding and were so tired. We wish we waited an extra day or two so we could have hung out with everyone and said goodbye

I think you will be fine. Lots of people have dinner on the beach! I've never been to Cancun though but I've seen a bunch of girls on here with weddings and dinners on the beach. I had our reception on the beach in Puerto Vallarta and it was amazing - people loved it.
