    Is the documents present prices. I contact Keneika about a month agao and she quoted me at $12 a chair cover. in this list it says they 4 to 6.

    is a copy right free cd with all of the pictures included in that price? You can hire a local photographer, then you don't have to pay the travel fees. I have booked SunGold Photography. However their packages can get quite expensive. I am getting the intimate pkg. it is only for 2 hrs and it will cost me around $1800 usd. But I get a copy right free cd of all the pictures.     We are having around 44 people attend. I really wanted a private dinner, so we could do speeches and have it more intimate. Have you made any arrangements with the hotel yet?

    Does anyone know how much they charge for a private dinner reception at the Riu Tropical Bay? also at the reception/dinner, is it set up like a regular wedding reception where you would have speeches and a dance? or do you have to have your dance at the disco?
