Oooohhh.. I really like that!! Perfect for an MOB dress and... You are the the most amazing shopper. You should do classes or something? I get too impatient to bargain hunt sometimes and then I get annoyed at prices; so I don't end up buying anything!

I agree with the other gals... if length is your only concern; then bustle it. IMO, most dresses look amazing when they are bustled. As far as finding the one, I never really had that tears, "OMG" moment... I love my dress and everyone that was with me agreed it was perfect - and i have no doubts about it - but it wasn't like lightning struck for me or anything. If you truly love the dress and think its perfect then I would say to go for it. There are bunch of brides on here who will tell you that they never had that emotional moment about their dress; but are sure its 'the one'.

I haven't had a lot of time to be on here the last week so I didn't have a chance to share!!! My BM's threw me an amazing 'surprise' bridal shower last Saturday!!! My father was in town with my stepmother and my little cousin .... so FI and my family had to get me out of our house in the morning and keep me out till early afternoon so they could decorate!! They did a great job; decorated my whole house in tropical decor, island inspired blue drinks (to match my wedding colors) and had the funniest picture cut out... Unfortunately, I did not get may pics and neither did anyone else =(... Then after the shower part was over... all my friends came over (guys included) and we had a HUGE bbq/party!!! FI and I- Me with tons of gum in my mouth (they made me play this silly game that whenever I got these horribly obscure questions wrong about FI I had to chew a new piece of gum)... My cute little tropical margarita class they had for me ... I was just about to open presents My BP.. they are the best

I did mine in March and my wedding is in August... the only reason I did mine so early is that I wanted to use a certain photographer and she concentrates on weddings in the spring/summer months; and I was able to get a group shoot together.
