Hi Salomeh! I had a question about transportation from Dreams to the airport. I'm working with Teresa at vacations for less also and I wanted to know if your guest purchased the round trip airport transfers? I know a few months ago transportation services weren't able to pick guest up from resorts and transport them back to the airport because of the cab strike. Was this still a problem for your guest, or did it pretty much get resolved? Thanks Salomeh!

Hi Michelle, your transportation company Terramar, were they able to pick up your guest from Dreams and transport them to the airport? I know it had been an issue with taxi cab companies and outside transportation could not come into resorts. Did your guest purchase round trip transportation to and from the airport?

My wedding is in October '09 and I paid the $500 deposit in November '08. Yarai, my Dreams WC, sent me a contract and the last page did specify my wedding date. We're also not going to purchase a Dreams Wedding Package since I pretty much contacted all my vendors (florist, DJ, photographer, Videographer) myself. We are just paying a la carte for services. But we are having our ceremony and reception at Dreams so the $500 deposit that I paid in November will go toward the ceremony/reception set up fee and the food. Hope this helps!

I had the same problem!! The dress and planning the wedding was the easy part, finding my shoes was thus far the most stressul thing I had to do. I could not find a pair of shoes that I loved, under $500, that is =) I knew specifically what detailing I wanted so it was so hard to find a shoe that fit my criteria! Here are a few websites that I looked at that I thought had a pretty good selection at a reasonable price. I ended up finding my shoes online and going to a store that had them so I could see them in person and purchased them.
