Good job Angel, keep it up! It will get easier, Plyo is serious business for sure -
I'm sure most of you are probably busy with Turkey Day plans, working or out of town but I just wanted to let you know that Friday is our update day for our to do's. For those of you out of town feel free to update us on what you got done on the list and what you'd like to add to the list for your next two weeks of to do's. I really hope this has been helpful to you ladies! I know it has been helpful to me, it really helped me focus on what needed to get done this week and I got additional stuff done so I actually feel extra productive My original goal for my wedding was to have everything essentially "done" this year. I'd like to relax a little next year, LOL, yeah right. I'm working today, cooking tomorrow (and seeing New Moon!!) and "working" Friday... aka Black Friday online shopping What are your ladies plans?

For those that brought decor down with them

Also I can't stress enough...BRING RECEIPTS! We could have had major issues in customs but it ended up being a breeze since I had proof of everything. How thorough were they on receipts? I have a bunch of receipts and plan on taking suitcases but I don't have receipts for every single item. Should I be worried? -
Canvas bags worth it?
KittenHeart replied to Taryn20's topic in Wedding Registry, Wedding Gift Bags, and OOT bags
I personally didn't want to personal the bags with our wedding info and our names only because I know I wouldn't use that bag again if I attended a wedding. I am getting black mesh beach bags because I feel those are the most practical and people should actually use them. -

The best workout DVDs I have ever owned- P90X
KittenHeart replied to rodent's topic in Beauty, Exercise, Diet
Hi Angel, Yeah all those pushups were killer for me at first! I too don't really eat red me or lots of meat to begin with so I really struggled with the first month of the diet. My staples are egg whites, I'd throw some chicken sausage in there too or some lean ham or turkey, protein bars & shakes saved me for sure, I would have a dinner and then a protein shake after to get all my protein in and it was like dessert, I loved it! -

I will take a better look on the site later on tonight. It looks like you just call in your order? I will PM you if I have any questions. You are the best! I have been working with them via email and will pay via PayPal, they are very easy to work with and have been thorough on my measurements, even made me double check a few, LOL

Beth - I didn't mention it but I really do think your siggy is adorable! The wall squats kill! Oh man! As for the chin ups, nothing will be as hard as your own body weight and resistance, you can get heavier weight bands if you want. I used a medium band and a chair for 6 weeks and then started being able to do a few pullups so even though they aren't crazy hard doesn't mean you're not getting stronger or closer to being able to do a pullup. I tried to do a standing pullup every single day until one day I just could. I screamed and called my FI and he was really excited for me, it was fun I love Kenpo!! Kickboxing has always been my thing -
Andrea - I'm doing a trash the dress and actually just decided last night and had FI take my measurements on the dress and company I wanted to get my dress made from. I've been looking for about 6 months now... frustrating but true. I've decided on Duosheng Duosheng If you would like to see what I chose, let me know

The beadwork is kind of silver... I tried on 3 other ones from Nordstrom and they were all gorgeous. The pictures online so them no justice. Nordstrom takes them back for no charge too if you decide you dont want to keep it. For example, I have a size 6 and 8 now and waiting to see which one fits better come April and time for alterations! Wow that's a brilliant idea! I was thinking about that last night, what size will I be in May? Hopefully smaller

Shanda that's so sweet of you to think of us, I hope someone is able to use the coupon I just looked through all your pictures, thank you for sharing them with us, I thoroughly enjoyed them! I hope you don't mind if I ask you a few questions: How many people did you have at your wedding? It looked like a lot! Did you lanterns in the plaza have lights in them? I couldn't tell or I just wasn't paying attention You looked gorgeous and your wedding looked extremely successful, I hope you do a review thread!
