I used to feel really sick after some workouts of pushing myself to hard, no appetite and drinking this right afterwards completely erased that. I fuels your muscles with the energy they need to repair fast but it's basically sugar and carbs and high calories for not filling you up at all.

Find their birthday and the appropriate type of tree they are and see what it says about them. It looks better than it sounds... me explaining it isn't working well, lol!
  3. I'm totally serious about the Elvis Vegas legal wedding! My friends are super excited about it. I figured it would make for some pretty funny photos and a great way to let loose! I also have a few people unable to come to the wedding that will make it to Vegas which makes super happy
  4. Karen those are so cute! I love the kids luggage tags too Luckily/Unluckily I live a block away from 2 huge malls and a Targe which are all across the street from each other so I am gonna run over there today and hope I score. We are about 3.5 hours driving / 45 minute flight from Vegas so it was a no brainer to get married there, Elvis here we come
  5. Andrea, love your pictures!! How far away was your reception site? Did you have everyone shuttled over after the ceremony?
  6. Karen - Hand painted tile placecards!! I love it!!! Sounds like you're doing a lot of creative DIY stuff, that's the best! You reminded me... I need a legal day dress but we're doing a Vegas wedding and bringing like 10 people with us. I also need a bachelorette party dress, I really can't decide! I'm about to start buying a bunch to try on and compare and send back whatever I don't like.
  7. Shannon - one month from today?! I think my heart just stopped... man I have so much to do as well. I have to complete my hangover kits and buy a few more things for the OOT bags, finish writing our ceremony and my vows, purchase floating candles and twinkle lights and print out a bunch of signage and buy frames for pictures. There's much more but I can't even think of it yet!

The first time I lost about 7-8 lbs., but you also gain a lot of muscle, so I would say it was around 10-12 lbs. of fat that I really lost. I totally agree, I think with this program, diet is the key! The first time I did it, I followed the diet to a T and got to my very smallest I've ever been. This second time around diet wasn't totally in tact and I'm not seeing the same results, now I'm struggling to get the diet in and the fat gone.
  12. Thanks girls! Karen I love the rings! You're E ring is totally gorgeous and your wedding band looks almost identical to mine. I don't have a picture handy but that was actually the first thing we did is buy rings so I've had them since last May, LOL!

Spray tan, I agree, I did one for mine and loved it. Also, booze does wonders, music helps a lot to cut any tension, I just zoned out and mouthed the words to the music a lot... if you cut out all carbs and gassy veggies you'll shrink right up! No broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, beans of any kind etc. Drink lots of water, protein shake, water with lemon, that has slimming effects.

  18. Katie - I can't wait to see you're pictures! I'm sure you rocked them My shoot was 4 hours long and I could have kept going! Michelle - Thank you! I know, I'm really excited to be able to keep them

I have got bits of information from our TA & from the Karisma website & then stumbled across this forum, I have started from the beginning (!) and only just managed to get to page 100! So I do apologise if these questions have been asked before, but hoping you could help us before we decide to book. As we are flying from UK there will only be around 10-15 of us so just wondering what options would be available for her reception. Her ideal would be: Have the beach setting for ceromony around 4pm ish Followed by cocktail hour with canope's 5:30 - 6 Followed by a private BBQ with torches on the beach about 6/7pm. Would all this be possible at the Azul & does anyone know how much it would cost. I have been reading up on the wedding packages available & it says that you get a meal for 40 in the Spoon restaurant included, would she be able to have the BBQ as a substitute for the meal? Any help or advice or contacts in the hotel would be appreciated. Thanks ladies & good luck with the planning! K x Hi! Beach ceremony - yes should would be able to have this Cocktail hour with open bar and canapes - definitely able to have this Beach BBQ - this is a food option as a buffet I believe The 40 person meal @ Spoon would not be able to be substituted for anything. You would either have it at Spoon or not at all, the beach BBQ would be extra and on a per person basis. I could give you the prices based on this year but it won't be the same for 2011. Just let your friend know that Azul Sensatori nickle and dimes you a bit, you can't swap anything or get a discount for not utilizing something in your package, everything is extra so just let her be prepared. A lot of us had to find out the hard way. As long as she budgets for it and prepares then it should be smooth sailing! I would highly recommend reading the rest of the posts and putting together some facts you find from here for her and of course we'll answer your questions as well. Good luck! You're such a sweet Maid of Honor to do all this research for her
