Awww what a cute story! I love it, congrats, if I were to propose to my now husband, I'd put a ring in his coffee, he's the biggest Starbucks fanatic I know! -

LOL Scranton! I would love going there just because it's the "setting" for the Office July 4th is my birthday which is weird since everyone's always busy. I have no plans this year, I don't feel it's fair to celebrate it after having a wedding in May and another wedding last weekend -
This is more of a side than a entire dish, although I did make this and only this for DH and I the other day It's SO good! I used Egg Beaters because I had run out of egg whites and I don't eat eggs really. They were so amazing, I can even stand it. I have been talking about making Zucchini Pancakes constantly since I first made them - Zucchini Pancakes Recipe : Ina Garten : Food Network

My actually wedding ceremony I cried the entire time as you can see from the photos so it was nice to actually be able to relax and laugh and enjoy the mistakes and cheers this time, felt amazing! Yeah no one was offended that we did this... we also had hardly any family, 95% friends!

Yeah I wouldn't want my parents to watch if I was in TB either! The headspin did suck, I was hoping he'd kill her.

I wanted mine to NOT be "beachy." I know that's weird to say, but I wanted it to be a little more formal. I LOVE linen pants, but it did not fit the style of my wedding. So FI's GM are wearing gray suits (yes, they will hate me after they sweat their butts off). What about white linen pants?? I was 100% the same way about my wedding. I didn't want a beachy/island theme at ALL. I didn't even have it on the sand, had it on the Sky Deck. I wanted mine to be classic, simple and fun. My boys wore black pants, white button down shirt, sleeves rolled up to their elbows, black vest and a black tie. So I made them sweat to death in black They were ok actually and all jumped in the pool after. No a single one complained Quote: Originally Posted by MaggieandJay Send it over! Hi ladies! Alright, I successfully got my Vegas Ceremony video onto YouTube! Please let me know if you'd like to see it and don't share it, I put up there for you girls and some friends and family to see, hope you like it! The moment of laughter and ring confusion in the middle is this... BM had both rings, MOH was freaking out because she didn't have ring so when I turned to hand over my flowers, she is laughing and red and pulls off her engagement/wedding band and hands it to me and I'm like what are you doing? She goes "I don't have his ring!!!" Good times -

LOL Freaking FB for faking me out and makign me think there would be a sexy, steamy, too hot for TV sex scene. Thank you! You'd think it's the coolest birthday right? I always have a day off, even if it's on a weekend, everyone's off work and ready to party, fireworks, summertime in CA, can't ask for more right? Well believe it or not, I celebrated my first birthday with my BFF a few years ago. Since we met at the age of 4 she's been out of town for my birthday or I have. So I almost never get to see hardly anyone on my birthday, everyone goes out of town! So your Columbus Day birthday probably actually rocks way better than mine! 2 weeks from now better redeem itself with some steamy Eric! The guy that plays Alcide is pretty hot... I'm not sure how he is in the book but I'm not complaining! I love that rugged look.

OOoo fun! Thanks Diana, I'm gonna do that I actually googled a program to convert a dvd to be formatted to be able to uploaded to YouTube. This is what I used, just the free trial - Extract Video Clip From DVD, Convert DVD Movie Clip For Youtube It will upload a 10 minute video with the trial, mine was just under 8 minutes so it was perfect, do you know how long your ceremony is? I uploaded it retaining the default wizard settings and it was decent. DH changed some settings and made it much bigger which made the quality better but it took forever to upload. I'll get specifics for you if you need them. Then I created a YouTube account and made the video unsearchable and only viewable to whoever has the link. -

OK finally watched it last night since I got home from Vegas exhausted Sunday and couldn't stay awake! 2 weeks we have to wait!? Aww this Sunday is my birthday, next episode would have been a nice gift! It looks like it's starting to get crazy... can't wait for Sookie to hook up with Eric! The sex scene with Bill and Lorene was, uh, weird. The head spinning thing... why did he say he never would and then did?

Thanks Diana! LOVE, the slideshow!!! I had no idea you could even do that on pictage... how do you do it? I want to do one as well, how fun! I was told I'd get the cd of all of them with my album. Which I still haven't decided on! Oh we also got a DVD of our Vegas Elvis ceremony, I uploaded it onto YouTube last night to show you girls It was still processing when I checked this morning @ 6am so hopefully it will be done soon! -

I'm bringing a photographer from home. I had to pay for his trip and give him $1000 so all together we're paying like $2,200 for him to shoot for the whole weekend. We were going with one of the hotel photographers at first but it was going to cost $1,300 for 5 hours of coverage. If your photographer stays at the resort for 3 or more nights you don't have to pay teh $500 fee. Maybe your GMs can wear Sapphire colored shirts and linen pants. YAY! You are going to be SO happy with Sharon! I love, love, love her work and she is so great to work with! That is an amazing price for photography and not too big a difference price wise for a photographer you love. Or Sapphire ties would be really cool! I'm reading a lot about people bringing their own photographers...are the resort people bad or is it just so people can have more pics? I think that the packages with the resort photographers aren't too great for the price, at least that was my experience last year when I was looking into photography options. I have seen pictures of Caribe that are good, although I don't even know if they are still offered as an option for the resort.

He created something else that is not what I described. :-/ He is so "proud" of his "design" that I don't know that there is a gentle way to say, "Please return this custom ring and don't ever bring it back here again because it is not anything I would have ever selected." I'm thinking it may have to wait for an anniversary. I sound so spoiled right now. It is what it is..... Awww, yeah you're probably right, there is no way to do it. If it makes you feel any better, I'm such a control freak that when we discussed getting married I bugged him about going ring shopping until he finally told me one weekend that we would go and I picked out my ring to exactly what I wanted, essentially not making my engagement a total surprise.

Thing is, I am cannot find a "clean" picture of the sky deck...that is one without a ton of people or one with just simple chivalri chairs. I would use photo shop to take things off the pics but I am so not a tech person. And that's where you all come in. Does nayone of a picture of the sky deck sans people, preferrably without a ton of decoration or one that has chivalri chairs as opposed to covered chairs? Here's to hoping. Thanks so much!!!! I'm gonna check... I may have an empty Skydeck photo, you can always as your coordinator, they may have one too. Also, making an inspiration board really helped put everything in perspective. Maybe not specifically just on the ceremony location but in general. Quote: Originally Posted by jazz04 I'm not sure what everyone else is doing as far as packages, I'm having a hard time deciding. I hate to pay the 500 extra just to use one from outside. Also, my girls are wearing blue sapphire short dresses and I'm having a hard time deciding on the guys. My DH wants them to wear linen pants. Any thoughts? I agree, Pearl package and customize it unless you find a package that has everything you want, nothing extra. Have you read through the thread? I could have sworn someone did... As for the guys, what are your colors, sapphire blue and what else? Do you want a beachy feel or more formal, classic or elegant? That was our theme Vintage Vegas, 50's Elvis gold! It was my favorite trip to Vegas so far, everyone had a blast, it was just random and drama free and totally amazing
