Jose from caribephoto.com was my photographer. He actually works regularly at the El Dorado Royale but you can have him come to the Sensatori. Let me know if you have any questions about him and I will be happy to answer them. He was so awesome!!! Oh no! What sort of problems did you have? I'm sorry to hear you have problems but at least your visual memories will not convey that

I'm gonna check out the website, thank you
  4. Ok I just uploaded them to my snapfish account... I hope this works! Front Snapfish: Share:Registration Back Snapfish: Share:Registration In Ivory... they put the birdcage veil on me which I intend to wear and it just looked amazing. It's the most unique dress I've tried on and I wanted a vintage modern look which this completely achieved! It's a 20's/30's art deco look that I love. My FI was going to wear a vest with a white button down shirt, sleeves rolled up and a loose tie. We just wanted that vintage look we love. What do you think, my mom says it's inappropriate for the beach but we're not getting married on the sand, we're getting married on a sky deck. Please give me your honest opinions, I'm supposed to meet the designer this Sunday and try it on for him! Thanks! Amy
  5. Katken - That's a great idea!! I'm totally going to greet all my guests, I will create a spreadsheet I think for guest arrival date and times and greet them when they arrive
  6. Welcome and congrats! Everyone here is so helpful, you'll soon feel so grateful you found this forum no doubt
  7. I'm not sure where you live but if you're in LA at all Sally's Beauty Supply has them and pretty much every other Beauty Supply Store you go to has them, there's a lot of fake in this town so the supply is in demand! Any hairdresser should be able to tell you where to get some too if they couldn't get them for you.

  9. Oh I'm so jealous! I'm in a dress dilemma myself! Your dress looks BEAUTIFUL on you! The back is so amazing, I love it. Congrats

Question for you girls...I don't want to bulk up at all for the wedding...just slim down and tone...is that possible with the classic or do we have to do the lean version? How exciting! Stick to it and you'll definitely see results. I did the classic version and leaned out, I did want some visable muscle tone so that's why I did the classic. I didn't get bulky at all though, I have tone and I lost body fat and I measure smaller so I'm happy. I used 10lb & 8lb weights, do pullups and pushups too. If you want NO muscle tone maybe try the lean version.
  11. We are going to have an iPod, I haven't heard great reviews from hotel allowed DJ's and I can't afford to get one and pay for their trip. I have already assigned my most entertaining groomsmen to be MC and I will have another friend man the iPod which is easy because I will put together playlists. It just ensures all my songs get played and we all love the music. I've also heard a lot of the mexican DJ's don't speak great english so I'd be careful on who you hire. I also have a music suggestion page on my website to get peoples suggestions on what they want to hear with a prize to the best song so that would be too difficult with a DJ
  12. Bree - I do recall reading an AS review from a bride on this forum saying that they did get the front desk to hand out a letter to each person who checked in saying to come to their room with the room number so the bride/groom could personally hand them their OOT bag instead of the $4 per room delivery cost. I was planning on doing the same thing with the letter, I would ask your coordinator and I'm sure the onsite would be happy to accomodate. Just my thoughts
  13. Congrats and welcome! Just realize that you have a lot of time so you can relax a little bit First thing to do is get a travel agent, then get their hotel recommendations and make sure they've been to the location as well. I chose my travel agent because he had visited the location and seen many weddings there and personally vacations there. That is your link into coordinating with the hotel.
  14. Congrats and welcome! I've heard rave reviews about fire dancers from brides that hired them for their reception Good luck!
  15. Congrats and welcome! May 2010 is the best time in my opinion, I'm getting married May 8th 2010
  16. Congrats and welcome Jazmin! I'm getting married May 8th 2010

  19. Congrats and welcome! My wedding is May 8th 2010 and I was able to book January 2009, it all depends on the travel agent and the hotel. The first thing I would do is choose a travel agent, a lot of hotels require you have one and they do make things a lot easier with hotel coordination.

    Newbie!

Congrats and welcome! This site is my lifeline and I am so grateful for everyone and their help
  21. Man I wish I knew about this thread 10 weeks ago!!! I'm starting week 11 tomorrow I can't believe I'm almost done, I lost 2% body fat in the first month and haven't measured since but I'm wearing a smaller size now so I won't complain. I have been following it to a T, diet, workouts and everything. I couldn't budge on my pullup bar for about 5 weeks and then all of a sudden I could do a few pullups and I can do pushups and everything, I even do the whole freaking 90 minutes of yoga which I hated at first but have gotten really good results from it. I recommend it to everyone, it's killer and it never stops hurting but I've never been in better shape!
  22. OMG! He's my new obsession too! I tried on his Lalique yesterday from the 2009 collection and I actually couldn't sleep I was tossing and turning all night! Mine is the same as yours, I'm actually going back and trying it on FOR HIM next Sunday, he's going to be there and I hope he likes it on me =) How do I put up a picture of it? Never done this before...
  23. Thank you all for the wonderful suggestions! I went dress shopping on my own for the first time this Sunday and was there for 2 hours! In the blink of an eye too... I found a dress, outside of my price range which was totally my nightmare. Ugh! It's so uniqute and gorgeous and not at all the style I was going after. I don't know how to post photos... but I'll try
  24. Congrats and welcome Ashley!! I'm getting married there next May There is an Azul Sensatori forum if you ever have any questions or discussions you'd like to partake in.
  25. Congrats and welcome! You've found the best forum to plan your destination wedding, hands down
