I talked to FI about LC last night and he is totally on board!!!! YAY!! Now I get to officially start planning haha. Quick question - how early did you all book LC? We are still over a year away...is it too soon? Or is it the sooner the better?

Hi everyone!! My name is Shannon and I'm a newbie to this site. After reading through all 101 pages of this thread I am definitely considering Las Caletas for our wedding. My FI and I live in Calgary Canada and have family all over Canada so we are doing a destination wedding. I can't believe I never though of Las Caletas before finding this site!! We went there last year when we were in Puerto Vallarta to see Rhythms of the Night. I've emailed Kelley and received a quote back so now all I have to do is convince FI that this is the place for us! I can't wait to book it...I'm sure I'll have a million questions for you all!

Hi everyone! I'll start with the basics...my name is Shannon and my FI is Dave. We've been engaged since March 2008 and are planning our wedding for October 2009. I'm having trouble deciding on where to have the wedding. We live in Calgary, AB, Canada and have family all over Canada so we thought we should do a destination wedding since most people will have to travel anyways for the wedding. We are thinking of Las Caletas, Puerto Vallarta or Las Vegas. After looking at this forum I'm leaning more towards the Las Caletas. If anyone has any advice, please help me! lol. Shannon
