I watched it for the first time last night and while her laugh is VERY annoying to me I must say she does seem like she's completely being herself on the show which is always a good thing. Hank seems very down to earth though I didn't know him before the show. I'm not a fan of the Eagles. LOL Also, I know Hank loves her but damn that girl has GOT to learn how to clean! Their room was a mess!!!

I've never heard of that either but I wouldn't take the gift to the shower. I have received some gifts at my house. I just open them as they come and send out a thank you note right after.

I HATE HATE HATE to fly! But like most I love to travel. One of my biggest fear is dying by plane. I am deathly afraid of heights though which has alot to do with it. I never feel comfortable flying. I hate being in such a small space and I hate ANY movement whatsoever even if its the slightest bit of turbulence. I always end up praying. LOL I have it bad. My FI loves to fly but he's one of those people who fall asleep instantly and that's just not me. I always make sure I go to the bathroom right before I board so I don't have to leave my seat unless its to deboard. My FI calls me a scaredy cat which is fine with me! I don't think I'll ever get used to flying no matter how often I do it

Ok so I don't think I will be getting the birdcage veil since apparently the veil is VERY important to my mother and she hasn't had really anything that meant the WORLD to her concerning the wedding except the veil....and she hates the birdcage veil. We are planning on going shopping for a veil on Saturday and I'm hoping she finds nothing she likes and just succumbs but she probably won't since she hates the birdcage veil so damn much. We'll see. Ok...so question. with the sew in you can't NOT have any hair on face? Because I don't want any hair even touching my face on the wedding day. If that's the case, I'm going to have to make sure I let the girl's who's doing my sew in know that up front so we can work something out.

I agree to have Kristin come in and start hanging out with everyone like they have been friends forever is very fake. Lo and Kristin aren't friends. I don't think Kristen is friends with any of them except maybe Brody but who knows if that relationship even ended on good terms. I was glad to see that Lauren went to the wedding. I don't think that Holly should've been throwing food across the table but she was very nice to Spencer. She tried to say really nice things about him in her speech. I was also pretty annoyed by Stephanie. Every chance she got she made comments about Holly simply because she was jealous that she didn't have the title of MOH. I mean, Heidi made it clear she didn't base her decision on who was doing more but on the fact that Holly was her sister and that's been the plan ALL along. I normally like Stephanie but I couldn't take her on the finale.

You know I wouldn't have EVER considered a bridcage veil. I mean, they look great on everyone I've seen them on but I could never imagine myself with one UNTIL I went in for my final fitting last week and we were trying on the regular veils and none of them were doing anything for me. My best friend just happened to pick up a birdcage veil and we fell in love with it! Its so cute. I like the look with it covering half of my face also. I don't know what it is about it but it just seemed so ME. I just wasn't sure about the hair down with it because everyone kept saying your hair has to be up to pull the birdcage veil off but with a sew in I doubt that's gonna be able to happen with me. Its good to see that I'm not the only one thinking of wearing my hair down with a bridcage veil.

I agree that sew ins are kind of restricting but I guess I'll just have to deal with it for a week. It'll be fine. As long as its cute. That's all I care about! That style is sooo cute on Monique. I'm noticing that look of the ponytail to the side looks fabulous on EVERYONE! I have yet to see a bride wear that style and not look beautiful with it. Do you guys think that look would work with a birdcage veil?? Unfortunately I cannot do the invisible braids because my hair is simply too long. I'd have to get it cut. But Monique....I think you've found your style girlfriend!!

Savannah....good question. No idea. So, I've decided to go with a sew in and I'm just praying its going to be cute. Imapepper....I heard Remy is good too. That's the kind of hair I will be purchasing for my sew in. I'm sure its expensive. We shall see.

We each had our own checking and savings account before we got engaged. When we got engaged we opened up joint checking and savings accounts to save for the wedding. We plan on keeping those accounts and using the checking account for our household bills. We also are going to keep our individual accounts to use for individual purchases, etc.

I don't have a lot to do but if I can just get the stuff that's left done then I'll be GREAT!! I still have the menu left to do. I'm working on writing up the ceremony program as well as putting the order together to have the ceremony fans put together. I STILL have to purchase the sand ceremony, which I'm determined to do this week. Um, what else...oh I'm working on the travel brochure. I think those are the 3 main things left. I'm having fun looking for dresses for Jamaica though I haven't found any yet. My next fitting is Tues. I'm getting the back changed to a corset. That's about it for now.

We are doing ours early in the morning at 8am. Clearly we're not going to want to get up that early in the morning but we also heard morning or evening is best and we want to spend that evening with our guests so morning it is.

I also see that you said that you had less than 30 people and you said that you had alot of cake left over. Did you order cake for more than 30 people? Other than that, CONGRATS! Sounds like everything went great except for a couple minor glitches.
