  11. Hey Thanks for that! But with the Aussie dollar being down so low it would be around $90.00 AUD a dress
  12. Hey Girls, For those of you who are talented with your hands or know of someone who is, check out this website I stumbled across trying to purchase a convertible dress for my bridesmaids. rostitchery: infinity dress And if you can make it yourselves you will for sure be saving a lot of money!!
  13. Hey Girls, Thanks for your info!! I contacted VS and they said they dont have any in stock at this time and dont know when or if it will come back into stock. For all you DIY'ers I found a great site with instructions on how to make your own! rostitchery: infinity dress Luckily for me, my mum is great at sewing so we are going to give it a go in the holidays! If its super easy we will choose our colour and make the dresses ourselves! for almost $30.00 a dress!
  14. Hey Girls, Just wondering if anyone would know where I could find this dress in teal?? I checked the website and doesn't look like they sell it in teal anymore I read somewhere that is from Moda International, however I couldn't find a direct link to their website! FI and I booked our flights with hotel and car package from expedia and the flights were right around $650/round trip (Flying in to Maui, out from Honolulu). I have to go home in April (from Iowa going to North Dakota, about 10-12 hour drive) for a dress fitting and bridal shower/bachelorette and a one-way ticket (b/c FI would be coming later but can't get more time off work b/c he's using basically all his vacay days for wedding/honeymoon) is the same price as our round-trip Hawaii ticket! Unfortunately, this means one of us will be driving (already the plan) and the other riding Greyhound, haha! Also I've got a lot of friends and my family who've found low-cost accommodations that are still rated well on places like TripAdvisor.com. We got a Marriott in Wailea room for 1/2 off during an Expedia sale! So browse around...it might turn out to be reasonable prices if Hawaii is where you'd love to go. Hope this helps! G'Day, Because of the whole "financial crisis" around the world, not as many people are travelling so airlines have had to drop their prices to get people to travel. The Aussies could probably pick up a sale fare starting from around AUD750.00 return with Jetstar!
  16. G'Day Girls, Need your help!! I have decided to get my dress made from Ebay Seller zerolove in China for an exceptionally great price, Probably about 250 Aussie dollars, including freight. I am not the type of girl who wants to spend thousands on a dress, I will only wear for one day or two if you count trash the dress. I have found four dresses that I love (But cant decide which one I like best), please vote on which one you like the bestest!! I love lace, but for you girls who have had a lacey dresses, how did it pull up in the sand? In no particular order: Dress 1 Dress 2 Dress 3 Dress 4 Thanks girls, looking forward to hearing your thoughts. Christie
  17. Hey There! Hows it going? Ohh what a pickle your in! Its about 10 hours from Sydney to Honolulu and I think its roughly the same distance from East Coast USA. If you two wanted to meet half way! Good Luck in what ever you decide!
  18. I'm in a complete mess My nan died from a long battle with moto neurons disease! I know it was coming but it was a little unexpected! I want to do something special for both her and my Oma (German for Nan) in their memory, who are now both in the Heavens on my wedding day. Any ideas?
  19. I love the whole hair flower and veil option. And you can always take your veil off for the reception if you wanted. Here are some pics from my hair trial.
