  1. I live in Sydney. Oh wow, congrats, where abouts in Sydney are you getting married?
  2. Whats the difference say between Carnival and Royal Caribbean? Does anyone have a fave?

These ships are designed to be floating resorts-of-sorts, so I'm imagine there is something for everyone!  Hope he reconsiders!!  G'Day Christie,  Its going great thanks! Hope your enjoying being a new wife too.  Have done a few boarding pass invite samples for some brides here in Australia but no orders yet  I think I am getting closer convincing hubby to go to caribbean. I just have to explain that there will be plenty of ports and plenty to do on board.  Thanks for your advise girls!!  I think I found a cruise out of Miami we might do. It goes out to Grand Turk. Nassau, and Half moon cay I think with Carnival.  Otherwise might try the 4 night Bahama cruise with RCCL.  Fingers crossed xxx Â
  4. Christie!!! I was thinking of doing a cruise for our Anniversary too - those dates would be perfect!! However having a hard time trying to convince hubby to go as he thinks he would get bored on a cruise. Never been to the caribbean before and would really like to go, I might be able to convince him but dont know if I can get 7 nights out of him, might be lucky to get 3. Does anyone maybe suggest a Bahama's carnival cruise
  5. I have stayed here twice. I love it. Only downside is that their rooms are quite small. For our wedding we got ready here and got a suite which was bigger I can highly recommend staying here.
  6. I used Barbara at Terra Photography. She was great and affordable. www.terraphotography.com
  7. Hey Girls, Here are a few pics from our destination wedding in Hawaii. The day was perfect despite some rain and we all had a ball It was magical, amazing, beautiful, best day of my life. 8. AWWWWW Christie! Big Hugs! Geez, I would be totally pissed too. I have decided not to have a AHR as no one who came to our wedding seems to give a s**t that were married. Out of the 60+ we invited to our wedding (we had 23 guests attend) We received only 1 card from someone who didnt come. 1. I'snt that ridiculous. Are people just slack these days or what? I think they are expecting a party, but we think....why should we waste our money for this whole "present giving thing" when we don't think we would even get anything and they have proved it that no one really cares. Sorry i'm just alittle pissed. I would have just been happy with a card or something. Am I being silly? For the guests that made it, there prescence was enough for us!
  9. I'll be happy to send you a list of all the vendors I used planning my wedding. If you are interested pm me your email address

  18. Hey Girls, While planning my destination wedding I loved being DIY and made these placecards: I had so much fun making them that I thought I would create a little store and sell them in Australia for brides who may not have the time or aren't very crafty for their beach themed weddings. My problem is that I have no idea on what to call my shop. Any ideas, would be greatly appriciated Maybe something starfishy or Island themed?
  19. Congrats!!!!! Welcome to the board.
  20. We were married at Paradise Cove and went to the Luau the night before. I can highly recommend it
