I LOVE pigs and used to have a HUGE collection, so I totally loved your wedding. The cake was especially cute!!! I agree with everyone else on here in applauding you both for having such a positive attitude...and just think-you'll have two great wedding days to remember! Congratulations to you both!

I'm really sorry to hear this is happening, especially with all the preparation you must have done and the months of anticipation. I know it's easier said than done, but try and make the most of it. Hi everyone! I am also a 2010 bride and I'm so glad to see a number of other brides who have chosen the Barcelo Maya. My FI and I got engaged in August 08 and we have been researching resorts like crazy. We finally decided on the Barcelo for April 22, 2010, but I'm in the same boat as everyone else LOL. I have actually been in touch with the WC, but they're not able to secure my date until we have flight confirmations, so just waiting on those. We have already sent out our STD's which were really Save the Weeks. We figured this would at least give our guests an idea of what time of the year to plan for. I'm planning to do a short site visit with my sister/MOH in April, so for those interested in the Barcelo, let me know if there is anything specific you would like me to find out. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you a little better in the coming months! Happy planning, everyone!
