    I'm doing something similar! I'm having my older brother stand as my 'man of honor'. We've always gotten along really well and have been really close, so I figured why not include him that way! Go for it:)

    Your wedding looked beautiful! Barcelo Maya was in my top 2 and got beat out narrowly- now I wish I could get married in both places!!

    Jcarson- how has Rocio been to deal with? It looks like you are a lot closer to your date (I'm assuming you meant 2009), so you must have a lot more of the details set up!

    I'm in love with the look of blue and green Gerbera daisies. I know they aren't a naturally occuring color, but I recently bought some that had been dyed that color at the grocery store, and they look fantastic! If anyone has silk/fake Gerbers in those colors they'd Please contact me at coppergoddess13 at gmail dot com. Thanks!

    Yeah- I was disappointed to find out that you can't go to Tulum, but I guess I understand. I'm hoping to find some non-religious ruins somewhere along the road to take some pictures at, so we'll see. My photographer is coming in with me, so he doesn't actually have any local suggestions- we're on our own!

    I don't have anything for you (the dress I have for sale is $150), but have you looked at eBay at all? There are some great dresses on there, and sometimes you can get them for a steal if its just you bidding on them. I would look there!

    I'm getting married in Puerto Aventuras at the Grand Palladium resorts, and while there are several cool spots on the resort that we could get some pictures, I'm looking for some other sites to go to as well. Any of you ladies in the PDC or Tulum areas- where are you going for your TTD shoots? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Jammin- not a problem! I went back and read it, and catch me at the right time and I would have thought the same thing! Now you've gotten it cleared up for anyone else who might be wondering the same thing

    Its a strapless dress, so from the top of the dress to the floor is 53" long. The dress would be find for someone of about 5'4 or 5'5" in flats, possibly taller- you'd want to take measurements on that bit. Sorry if that was confusing, but unless a person wants to wear the dress with it covering their face, it will be suitable for someone MUCH taller than 4'3"!!

    I purchased a Maggie Sottero Mariella dress from a former bride, and I have since been given the chance to buy my dream dress, so this lovely gown needs a new home. It is a size 6 that has been altered to 53" long in the front with a lovely long train (73" from top of dress to end of train). There is a small dark spot at the bottom of the dress, but it isn't noticeable when you are wearing the dress. I have several pictures that I can send you.
