These are outstanding!!! You did an amazing job, and I woulda never guessed they were DIY.

Being able to bring in our own photographer played a large role in the resort we chose. Once the day is over, all you have left are your photos and who really wants to be stuck with poor quality pics because they were forced to use the resort photog. When I first decided to have a DW, the first place I thought to look was at a Sandals properties because of their Preston Bailey Weddingmoon packages but after seeing their restrictions on using outside vendors I began looking elsewhere.

So I think I will be bringing down several moroccan lanterns for the tables. I plan on bringing down chair sashes and tables runners also to ensure that I have my exact colors. One more question, do they automatically do a wedding rehearsal the day before or is this something that you must request?? Thanks for your help!!

I've never done a lip wax before. I do have a friend who uses Nair Face Cream regularly with no problem, so this may be an alternative.

This will be quite interesting to see... But I don't think they should be focusing on trying to nab a politician or one of their wives because they aren't necessarily from the DC area. Maybe they should for women in areas like Georgetown, Adams Morgan, etc.

Wow Myen!! Everything is really coming together for you... I can't wait til you get back to see how everything goes. I wanted to have a gazebo wedding, but I may have too many guests for that location. When I booked my date I was corresponding with Nicole, but I haven't been in contact with her for a few months so I guess I may need touch base with Loreto to make sure everything is still on track for me. It's good to know that she has been good about replying to your messages. Hopefully she will continue along that route in the future. For your private cocktail hour do you plan to hire a DJ or band, or will you be using an iPod?

I know the exact feeling you're talking about!!! Once you have your heart set one something, nothing else really compares I'll keep my eyes open for you, hopefully you will find it!!

You could ask them men to wear a nice linen suit for the ceremony and pictures, and then allow them to take the jacket off at the reception if they get too hot.
