  1. I did this a few years ago and it worked really well! I liked that everything was planned so I just had to check it off the list as I ate it. The cost did get expensive though and after several months I was tired of the food and it seemed hard to go out to eat on the program. However, my mom is still doing it and LOVES it! She's already lost over 20 pounds! I'm sure you will loose more if you work out too but at least you can still loose without haveing to be in the gym all the time! Best of luck!
