    Thanks ladies! I got some quotes from some TAs. The airport transfers included in their packages are $90 a person! Yikes! I think I will check into the websites you guys mentioned to see if I can get something cheaper. I want to make things as easy as possible for my guests.

    Hi again! How did all of you handle getting your guests from the airport to the hotel. I want to make things as easy for my guests as possible, especially since some do not travel that often. Is there a way to organize private transportation for them? The only issue I may have is that people may arrive at all different times as they are all coming from different places across the US. Any idea how much this might cost? Courtney

    Hi Ladies! Did all of you use a travel agent to book your stay? How did that work for you? Would you recommend anyone? Did they get you a good discount or group rates for your guests? Did they handle booking all of your guests? Courtney

    Your pics and reveiw are fabulous! You two are such a cute couple! I love the all white, it looks great contrasting against the blue sky. One question... did you have to pay extra for the sand ceremony you did before you signed your marriage certificate. It looks so pretty. If so, do you think it was worth it? -Courtney

    KHarrod- I still haven't even thought about a photographer yet. I was kind of leaning towards the one at the hotel, just to prevent any extra drama. If you could send me a link to your photographer, I will check out the website and let you know what I think. My wedding is not until 9/18/09, will that be an issue for the photographer? What travel agencies are all of you going through? Is there a fee for using a travel agent? Are they able to get deals for hotel and airline packages? It is so far in advance from my wedding date, how do they handle planning something so far away? Courtney

    I have read in your posts that several of you had rain on your wedding day. I don't want to travel all that way just to be married inside. How long was the hotel willing to wait, in order for the rain to pass, so you could still do your ceremony outside? Courtney

    Hi ladies, I am considering doing my Sept '09 wedding at ROR. Haven't booked yet, the date I really wanted 9/12 is all booked for the times I wanted (lucky girls ) I am debating on a wedding during the week? How far in advance did you guys book? I thought I was on the ball, but you ladies are way ahead! How did the booking/confirmation process go? Courtney

    Forgive me if I ask questions that you have already answered. I have read so many posts it is hard to keep them straight! Did you do the free package? How long were they willing to wait for the rain to pass for your ceremony?
