We are going to plan the following activities for our guests:
-Welcome BBQ @ Kamaole Nalu (condo in Kihei)
-Snorkeling trip to Molokini (I have been doing this since I was a little kid and I still love it!)
-Sunset cocktail cruise (any suggestions? went on a dinner cruise once and it was awful- hoping to find a quality cruiseline)
-Brunch after wedding day at Grand Wailea, then lounge by the pool all day!
I want to plan more, but we will only be on Maui for 6 days and I think with all of the wedding preparations there will not be time for daily activities with everyone. I am going to suggest the drive to Hana & 7 sacred pools (check to make sure they are open, in May they were not due to heavy rainfall), Ziplines, Helicopter rides, and Haaleakela sunrise or bike down hill. I wish I could do everything with our guests, but we will be off to Kauai for the HM!!
Make sure if you do the drive to Hana that you stop at the black sand beaches, watch the windsurfers, and make sure you drive past Hana to see the 7 sacred pools. They are an amazing site and if they are open you can go swimming in the pools. The water is cold because it comes down from the volcano so be ready for it!
