My Dog Won the Silver!! YAY!! :0)
**~Jenn~** replied to **~Jenn~**'s topic in Just venting or funnies
Thanks! LOL He's so Lovable...I never had a dog as Cuddly as him. :-) hahahaha @ your Cat! MIne does the same thing...Bud goes to Doggy Day Care two days a week (Because we work 9 hours a day, so it breaks up his week of being in his crate all day and let's him release some energy, Which is a MUST) Anyway..On those days, he comes home and just wants to sleep....Well my Cat isn't having that..She wants to play..So she tortures him...Sniffs him..Jumps over him, walks around him..LOL She is a pain...But when he does chase her she looks annoyed..LOL They really are my comic relief! :-) -
Awww..I love them!!! So cute!!!

My lab is mix so he's about 70lbs now, but he's 2 years old :-) I feel the same way about my Buddy..he is the most lovable affectionate dog I have ever had!! Total Lap Dog as well! I may be getting another Puppy after the wedding (French Mastiff!!) and I can only hope she will be as Awesome as Buddy...I posted this picture on another post, but it's so cute I am posting it again here!! :-)

My Dog Won the Silver!! YAY!! :0)
**~Jenn~** replied to **~Jenn~**'s topic in Just venting or funnies
Thanks :-) I was surprised at how well he kept his costume on too!! But he was a trooper! :-) -
Hahahaha..So our SPCA in our area has this Fall festival every year and we took Buddy last year and since today was so Beautiful we risked losing our parking spot (We live in South Philly and Also about 4 blocks from the Eagles stadium and the Phillies Stadium where they are both playing home today and then there is the Who Concert today as well..UGH!!) Anyway...What a good time we had. Buddy won 3rd Place in The Best Costume Contest (Of course the English Bulldog got first!!..I mean really, he probably didn't even need a costume & still would have won!! They really are the custest dogs)...So then we entered the Best tail Wagger contest, and he got the Silver...Thats right, my dog won 2nd Place!! And as I sit here and rave about my dog, somewhere in Jersey my mother is asking why her youngest child has only given her a Grandson in the form of a dog!! Hahahahahahahahahahahaha After we are married and settled, we will think about kids, but right now, My animals are my children and my dog is my heart :-) So I just thought I would share that with all of you You would have though Buddy won the Olympics when they put the Medals on him..Hahaha we were proud Parents for sure!! He was also in the Sprint Races, but you can't beat a Border Collie..LOL Unless your a greyhound maybe..But not a goofy lab Mix..But he tried!! Enjoy the pics...:-) And here is one when we got home...He was even too tired to Chase the Cat and she was really confused that he let her get that close and actually sit down..LOL

OOT Towel's came in!
**~Jenn~** replied to kerryjbrown's topic in Wedding Registry, Wedding Gift Bags, and OOT bags
Please don't be mad, But I think it looks the same! The picture on the Website does look a Tad darker..But I think it's just the picture and the fact that it's folded. they look Fabulous and I love the colors. I love your OOT bags and Although that sales guy should NOT have spoken to you like that...I think you should relax a little, take a deep breath and look how pretty your stuff looks!! Yay!! It does suck that they are thinner then they look on the website. I had a feeling they might be. I am still trying to decide if I am ordering or not. Either way though..Your stuff looks great..Honestly!! -
My Problem is Sweets...I would rather have all that Junk then real food anyday! :-( owever..I like plenty of bad 'Real" foods too! So here are my Five! 1. I am an Ice Cream JUNKIE! Especially Cake Batter from Cold Stone or Maggie Moos...SO effin good! 2. Cinnamin Buns (With plenty of that frosting dripping down the sides) 3. Nachos Loaded with Taco meat, Cheese, & Sour Cream 4. Brownies 5. pizza of course!! WoW..it's sad that I could go on & on!! Now I gotta go find something to eat......LOL

Janet Ivanivich has a GREAT series...They are Hilarious with a great story!! It's her 'Stephanie PLun" Series and each book is a different number. She's up to 14 right now..But even the begining numbers from 1 on..are sooo great! They are perfect for the beach!!

Hey Kat...Or actually anyone else who has been to Dreams Cancun...I have a question for you. (Again :-) I was just reading about a Mexican Restaurant, next door or something called, Paloma Bonita....Do you know anything about this place? Is it actually a part of dreams?? I was thinking of maybe my Welcome/Rehearsal Dinner there..Any reviews on it would be appreciated!! :-)

OK..So reading through this thread I am still confused and Unsure of what I want to do...Part of me wants to just rent the Equipment, use my iPOD and not worry about anything...Another part of me really wants Mannia's lighted Dance floor!! Hahaha. I would like my reception on the beach, so I am going to need to rent the dance florr either way... My Question is...Who so far has Used Carlos Mannia, Was he worth it and if you used the lighted Dance floor..How was it? I also only need him for 3 hrs...I am going to e-mail him now about that though. Thanks Ladies!! One of these days I will get it all figured out. I keep telling myself that If I have a big crowd, it'll be worth it to go big on the beach!! LOL

Tami's DIY Wedding Album

I'll let you know about quality once I order it, but the pricing isn't bad for the size book and number of pages either. Plus they have online coupons. Your Book Is Fabulous and Seeing that you did it all yourself, makes it THAT much better!!! PLease let us know how the book turns out once you get it back!! I would love to do something like this myself after we get married and get the pics back. Great Job!!! -

Bestfriend or Sister as MOH?
**~Jenn~** replied to latinalocany's topic in General Wedding Planning Information
The Best part about having a Destination Wedding is, You don't have to follow the "traditional" rules!! Make them both your MOH...I think it'll be what makes you the happiest!! :-) -
I feel you on that!! My Company was just sold and we are on Pins & Needles praying that our jobs are safe. With my Wedding not fully paid off yet..It will have an effect on my plans, Big time :-( Also..Airfare from Philly is $700 or more right now and that is doubling the prices of everyones Trip. Which sucks, because I think Dreams is really a reasonable hotel for all that's included. I think we are all going through it right now...and even those not planning a Wedding. We can only hope it gets better from here right I know it sucks to have to postpone your Wedding, BUt the brightside is, you didn't have to cancel and you have more time to save and plan :-)

He has Bad allergies and I think I a going to have to find out more about this Raw Diet..I just don't know where to get it in my area..... Here is my baby.....

Would you mind telling us, what kind of flowers you used, where you got them and about how much it cost you?? That would really help alot :-) Thanks!

Why can't Juan answer his own e-mails?? is he THAT busy?? I find that hard to believe since we have had so much trouble finding people who have used him! I know part of the reasoning is also my profession because it's how people know me. I know the resolution is to hyphenate, which I mentioned to FI and he gave me a funny look, I can only imagine what he'll think if I express my true anxiety. I'm proud of who I am and what I've accomplished, and somehow changing my last name feels like I'm stripping away a part of my identity?? Am I crazy? Don't think of it as Stripping away your Idenity...Thing of it as Adding to it! Your still you...You still made all those accomplishments you mentioned above...Your last name doesn't change that. It only means that you have decided to share your life with someone & Take his last name. A whole new chance for new accomplishments..together. You can always Hyphenate (sp?) which would be a really easy solution..But the men don't like that too much!! LOL I suggested it to Joe and he was like, Uh..No!! I like my last name..But I like his too! It's all part of this thing we call marriage! Good luck with whatever you decide! :-)
