Hi! For a while we couldn't find ANYONE that had used him..However, recently there was a Bride who used him and you can find her post on this Thread http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t2782 Look at the last couple of pages, it's a VERY big thread, but also, if you read the whole thing, there is some VERY useful info in there!! Anyway...The girl who used him said that he sold her a Picture DVD for $200 extra and she was able to get all of the pics he took that day. I thought that was an awesome deal since I can't afford an outside Photographer and I am stuck with Juan whether I like it or not. This way I can Edit my own pictures. I believe the girl who used him was Happy with his services. (I'm sorry, I cant think of her name :-) ) Good Luck! You will find lots of useful info from all the brides on here, especially the DC brides since your getting married there :-)

Once January hits though, I will be working my Butt off to get things done!! :-) I am a procrastinater though, so don't be surprised come april/may when I am on here begging for help and "how-To's" on all my DIY projects!! LOL I work better under pressure :-)

Christmas compromise? (Warning: Long!)
**~Jenn~** replied to FutureMrsLewis's topic in Chit Chat Corner!
Well..Although Christmas is being spent at your sisters...Do you really want to let her be the cause of you not getting to at least see your Parents on that day?? If I were you..I would go..be the bigger person..Let her know that it doesn't matter what she does, your not backing down. Be civil to her but if you have to spend most of the day staying out of each others way then so be it...Enjoy the holiday with the rest of your family. I would never compromise my Christmas for anyone. Christmas Time is my favorite time of year and one of my Fav days...there is just something so special about it..Even more so now since I got engaged on Christmas morning last year!! Anyway...Continue with your plans to go there. PLease don't let anyone ruin your plans...Go see your parents and your middle sister...They will be happy to see you. As for your older sister...Kill her with Kindness...It gets them everytime..I guarantee it!! :-) Good luck!! -

I have a quick question...I LOVE the color of your VS 7 in 1 for your BM's, But I was wondering if you know the name of that exact color? I don;t think they make them in that color anymore, but I want to be sure I'm just not over looking it. The colors may look different online. Thanks! Jenn

But that just my 2 cents Wow really?? That's great to know and I'm really glad you liked him!! That really does make me feel better! :-) Thanks! Ah well...I know it'll be great..And yours will be too!! I mean, we'll be in Mexico!! That automatically makes it Fabulous!! :-)

So Ladies "Sigh" it looks like we will be using the resort Photographer :-( I could get Claudia if I really pushed my budget, but I want to be able to do some other things. I have to cut back on alot that we wanted and I'm pretty dissapointed right now. I mean, don't get me wrong, I have the Ultimate package and a 1 bedroom master suite for 7 days...But there were things I wanted to go all out on and it's just not possible. You don't know how bad I wish we decided on this destination wedding last year when we got engaged :-( I would have been so much more prepared right now. But with only 9 months to save...And more then a handful of people coming, its hard to do it all on a little budget. It's ok though, I'm confident that our wedding will be beautiful and a great time for all. Just thought I would vent a little about my dissapointment :-) Thanks for listening :-)

I guess maybe we'll start doing the treat thing all the time until he gets used to it. Although then he'll be probably go in there all the time just to get a treat! That's what he does with going out to potty!! He'll whine to go out & then has a little dribble and comes back in for a treat!! Little bugger!! lol I do that too..whenever we put him n there...He sits and waits for his treat that he knows is coming. He's been in his crate since he was 8 weeks....I used to feel bad...and sometimes I still do...especially when I work late..But he goes to Doggy Daycare 2 days a week to play with his doggies friends and get out all that energy!! The crate is a lifesaver though. When he is in there I never had to worry about anything....When I was younger and we got a puppy, my dad would just block them in the kitchen and they would scratch and eat at the walls and you never knew what you were going to find when you got home...IN the Crate....he is safe and so is the house!! :-)
-
I agreee...don't waste your money on the frame :-) And I also agree that Crate training is a life savor!! If all goes well...yr doggy will love his crate and even go in there to sleep when you home. We used the Wee-Wee pads at night...He slept in bed with us (still does now :-) and when he woke up in the middle of the night I would take him to the pad, he would Pee and come right back to bed. Good luck and Congrats on your new addition!!:-) I want a puppy so bad!! :-)

I thought i would stroll out to Market street on my Lunch, watch the parade, cheer and what not, then get back to work...Well...From 9am...The people started filling the streets of Center City....I was sitting at my desk hearing screams and people beeping and you could just feel the excitement in the air!! So about 11:45 I ventured outside...OMG...I couldn't get anywhere close to Market street....The people were like 50 rows deep!! After trying a couple times...I decided to join the rest of my office and watch the parade from our window in the conference room, which is 12 floors up :-( I did get pics....But they stink! :-( But they give you an idea of how many people were just in that one spot....The parade route was VERY long, plus people filled not only citizens bank park for the ceremoney...But they gave tix to the linc to watch it on the jumbo trons in there....there was like 2 million people in this city. The thing is...After the Parade..>everyone was stranded in Center city because the wait o get back on public transportation, which the city urged everyone to take, was crazy!! I take the Southbound subway train home everynight at 5pm...well they were still cancelled going that way at that time! I had to walk to the Bus stop and take the bus :-( By that point...The ceremony was over when I got home and since I live so close to the stadium...My neighborhood was packed with cars and drunk people. I was about done with the festivities by that point!! LOL Or maybe I was just jealous that i had to work!! :-) Anyway...Here are my crappy pics, but just look at the all the people right outside my work...... And lastly is myself..before leaving for work, while FI was on his way to the Parade :-( -
So has anyone who had their reception on the beach, also rent the Lounge Furniture?? I saw the pic of that set up in this thread (I think pg 117??) and I love it....Depending on my number of guests (& my budget) I would Love to get it. I wanted to know if you had it, do you have pictures? Did you think it was worth it? and How much did it cost? As always..Thanks!!

Uh I know..I heard about what happened there. I actually live 4 blocks from the Stadium and I Loved hearing all the cheers & stuff from my living room, But the crazies that are drunk & walking home I could have done without!! We actually went to Broad street to scream and yell. It wasn't too bad where we were..But near center city they were starting fires and breaking windows...Craziness! They ruin it for the people that just wanted to be happy and scream & yell! LOL The fireworks were scaring me, so after about 2 hrs we went home. It was hard to sleep since south philly was so Alive until about 3am with all the people being loud and the beeping cars, but it didn't matter....It was so exciting!! Have Funn at the parade tomorrow Philly Girls! YAY! -
WE WON!!! The Curse of Billy Penn has officially been Broken and Philadelphia gets to Celebrate this awesome Victory for the Phillies!! They played awesome this post season and Cole Hamels deserves the MVP! Last night was awesome here in the city....Of course the drunks got rowdy and I almost got hit with some fireworks....But just to be out there in the street screaming and jumping around with thousands of otehr fans..It was an experience that I wont soon forget!! Congratulations Phillies!! See ya at the Parade tomorrow!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!
