We went to the Riu Playacar in July...and there are sandbags in the water but they don't make the resort look horrible and people were enjoying them by diving off of them or laying out on them. Here's a couple of pics of them. riu playacar.pdf riu playacar 2.pdf

I've been threading for 15 years. It's less painful than waxing, lasts longer, get a better eyebrow shape than waxing. It's painful, no doubt, the first few times you do it but then it gets easier. Just be sure to go to someone who knows what they're doing.

Yea..we're having a henna party the night before the wedding...of course, if the resort allows us to (which is a requirement of the resort). If the wedding turns out to be big, we dont want to impose on a family member/friend to do everyone's henna...considering it takes while because it's so intricate.

Does anyone know of any henna or mendhi artists in the cancun/playa del carmen area? We're having an East Indian wedding and henna/mendhi is a big traditional aspect. We don't want to use those vendors that sell pre-made henna tattoos that you see in their catalogs...we're looking for an actual henna artist.
