  1. I guess it really just depends on your personal preference, and since FI doesn't currently have health insurance, two additional months is a long time. Technically it doesn't really make a difference either way, but it will give me peace of mind I'm sure :.) Besides, maybe when we have a bit too much to drink 10 years from now we will have a great story to tell!

Took me about 5 minutes..if that.

That way, you're getting a trial, but your wedding look is still a suprise. Thats a great idea but we have an entire wedding weekend planned with the shower as the last activity on Sunday, so I need something that will last me through drinks, dancing, and hopefully a stripper, lol!
  4. Please send it to me if you have it or post it here, TIA! [email protected]

My question is this: If anyone had to check your marital status through the clerks office, are you technically listed as single? How long did it take to receive the license?
  9. Jennierin thanks a lot! Im getting so excited with only 41 days to go!
  10. Jersey, Im beginning to think that we are doing the same thing. I'm sure it will be easier in the long run.
  11. I have been thinking about the pros and cons of being married internationally for a while so I called the clerks office here in Northwest Indiana. I was told that international weddings are recognized in the US, but that I would not be able to file our marriage certificate with them once I receive it. This unsettled me because if for any reason we needed to have our marriage verified (buying a home, credit reasons, health insurance), the inquiring party would have to go through Jamaican officials to get that information. Basically, as far as my states clerk office is concerned, I would not be married on their records since they don't file the international license. At this point we are considering a jp ceremony here and then have our ceremony officiated in Jamaica, and observe that wedding day. Has anyone else considered this as well? Im sure that there are a ton of threads but I'm interested in whats going on now with this. Thanks!
  12. Just an update! Ive started packing the suitcases for the decor and so far have filled 2 pilot cases!!! My flowers have yet to arrive and theres still some other things that haven't been packed yet. Keep that in mind when you begin planning.
  13. Thanks Kenya! I'll make sure to let her know :.) And that style is so fab!!! Im taking that pic to Jamaica!

Half is used when you only want the length/fullness from about mid-crown to nape. Full is just like it sounds...full head. They have comb attachments front and back. I LOVE them because they allow for a lot of versatility with changing up your look (curly, straight, long, short) without time consuming weaving or gluing and NO damage. I think that it really depends on where you are in the world Billysbride. What you refer to as a "quick weave" I know of as a half wig. You basically pull your hair back into a ponytail with the exception of the front perimeter and then attach the wig sing the clips. Your hair is then blended with it...voila. In MY neck of the woods a quick weave is done by molding wet hair with gel till its hard and then attaching wefted track hair with glue to YOUR hair. Depending on the style, some of your hair is left out to cover the tracks or a closure piece is used to close the weave.

This is the look I'm going for, doesn't have to be exact and I may have the ponytail pinned up more for a tousled look.

Hey there! I love that dress! My girls are wearing this dress from Davids in the same color: My groomsmen are wearing tan linen slacks with white button down shirts, I initially picked tan suits for them but then decided that it would be too formal for a beach wedding.
