  1. So Id like to wear heels for the ceremony and since thats not an option in sand, can anyone show me any pics of that area or actual ceremony pics with setup. Thanks ladies!

After the wedding I could care less about how it looks!
  3. Has the rate increased from $50 to $80 for the day pass at ROR?

Before I wore it short, quickweaved, braided, the list goes on and on. I dont plan on relaxing my hair either so thats another big issue. If I have to do the "kitchen" and edges I will, but I would prefer to remain chemical free. Right now Im leaning towards a fab sew in with the hair left out being pressed. I plan to do a trial around March and go from there. My avatar pic is invisible braids(worn 9 weeks). My siggy is a sew in with Remy Goddess(worn 8 weeks) Im currently wearing kinky twists

  6. Although I'm sure that there are tons of threads similiar to this, Im looking for more specific feedback. I have about 9 months to plan and need to select a photographer asap..... Please post your photog and why you made that selection. Pictures or links would be very helpful, thanks!
  7. Yay! Stacey is on my short list! What made you decide to go with her, and what package did you select?

Heres a picture of the invisibles.
  11. Thats the problem, Im going to have to find a darn good stylist to get the sewin right for that style. My hair might just be out in the top and around the edges so it can be pulled up easily.
  12. I want to do a sew in, but Im not sure how it would work with the style I want. Heres a few pictures that I like.
  13. Quick question: How do you plan to style your hair for your wedding? Will you have it done before you travel? (braids, sew in, weave) Or do you plan to make an appt with the stylist on staff at the resort? Just wondering!

(as in the old days, couples would end up with 100 toasters and non matching tableware!!?). Travel vouchers are on the increase over here albeit still quite new. Your thoughts have been taken on board though, it's well received having an honest first impressional thought. Excuse me if I seemed brash,as that was not my intention , but that was my first HONEST opinion. There are several ways that you can create a registry for your honeymoon, and then link it on your wedding page. Thats where our registry information can be found. Best wishes to you!
  15. Hey Durhambride! I didnt know you were here! We decided to go with the FREE package and upgrade as necessary. We plan to do our flowers, decorate the gazebo, bring rose petals and all that good stuff. The upgrades will include a band, open bar, and a few other things tbd.HTH!
  16. Lucky me! My grandmother lives there so we plan to start shipping our items about a month prior to the wedding. That way we can decorate and put our favor bags together without having to travel with all that extra stuff!

Is there another photographer with the same style, bu more reasonable? I would have splurged but you dont get enough pics on the h r disc for the price. I think for 3700 you only get like 50 pics on disc.
