Beautiful dresses! The Amsale is so whimsical and romantic. The Pronovias is so chic. Since you have two dress and can't return either... wear them both I don't know what you plan to do with the 2nd dress if you end up choosing only one, but if you were thinking about selling your dress... then wear both! The Amsale would be really easy to sell due to the minimal alterations (besides, who doesn't want that dress!). OR you can keep one or just keep both after the wedding! : ) It would be difficult to part from such pretty dresses!

Quick question: When and what time did you have your dress rehearsal? I am a little worried about people flying in at different times and having everyone present. Also, how long was your rehearsal? Were the WC present and were they flexible on timing? Many thanks!

Hi Erika, my TA gave me a quote for 1070. If you book via the resort website its 1008. My quote included round trip airport transfer for 2 though, so 31 pp for that. I just visited Zasil Studio's website and they pictures are also fantastic! What is your opinion since you have been in contact w/ them? What are the packages like? I don't want them there the whole dinner either, seeing that it will be at a restaurant not a reception like atmosphere. I guess the hunt goes on!

Hi Kelly, we're getting married at the same place. I love the idea of paper lanterns. Where do you plan to put them? I was also considering a bunch of different rice paper votives as centerpieces. It seems like there isn't much lighting on the terrace? I don't know why Daniela told me that the cocktail party has an open bar which means soda and water only since it is a "cocktail" party. Maybe something has changed for 2009, or I may have been misinformed? So, the dinner reception package is 3 hours with alcoholic bar for 3 hours too? From my email and her responses: "The Fantasy" For the "1 hour post-ceremony" cocktail party: - What are the options for "chef's selection of inspired hors d'oeuvres" ? cheese truffles with chipotle sesame sauce ham and asparagus roasted cactus filled with crab assorted cheese tray with crackers tuna mousse on toasted rounds - What type of alcohol is included in this package? Sodas and water - How much is it for an additional person (for both hors d'oeuvres and bar)? $35usd per person. - What open bar options are included with the plated/buffet dinners? And for what length of time? Is there a minimum # of people to have a buffet? Well. Any of the packages have included an open bar…only soft drinks and water. If you want to have a reception I suggest you add that using the Banquet Kit, and that ones includes 3 hours of dinner reception and International open bar as well. The minimum I suggest for a buffet is 30 people. Let me know if I am missing anything and shouldn't be confused with this bar thing! The FI and I are working on customizing our menu this weekend. So I went to my first bridal salon today and found a really great dress. It's over my budget by $1,000, but hey, what's a thousand more when you're spending so much already? : ) yikes. We'll see... I'm going to a couple more boutique this week. So, here is the one I really like. Can someone clarify something for me? "Open bar" is soda and still water -- no alcohol. "International open bar" includes alcohol? From the email I received, it seems that's what they were saying. I guess that it's just odd that the "cocktail party" in the package doesn't actually include any cocktails and they charge $10 extra for alcohol per person/hour. So, the Fantasy package with dinner from the banquet kit, that includes 3 hours of international open bar? From the Aqua package, does the chef's dinner option include an alcohol bar?
