I was wondering what the fantasy centerpieces are too. Hurricane candle holders sound good. Maybe I can dim the lighting on the terrance (does anyone know if this is possible) and have tables of glowing candles. I love restaurants with lots of candlelight! For OOT bags, I'll to keep it relatively simple w/ aloe vera packets, lotion, mints and perhaps a couple of other items and put then in small paper gift bags. I think I'll hand them out at our welcome party at the lobby bar.

Hi Char, my initial thoughts are that if you have the ceremony later in the day (5-7), there won't be as big of a crowd compared to prime afternoon beach time. Also, it won't be as hot and you can get photographs of these beach sunset.

Updates, please! : ) I can't believe how fast time is flying. As for me, I am still so indecisive when it comes down to picking colors, huppa design, and centerpieces. I already ordered bouquets from AA, but now considering selling them after realizing the amount of stuff I would have to bring down to Mexico. My bouquet, 5 bm bouquets (but now I have 7 bm), centerpieces... YIKES! I think I may order bouquets from the resort for the bm and use them as centerpieces for the reception. Decisions, decisions!

Why is comfort food so darn comforting? I hear you on poor eating choices when stressed! My thoughts somehow drift toward a bowl of queso and chips and sure enough... mmm.

For a "sensitive" person, she is not very considerate of other people's feelings! I think she needs to hear it from your family members that it would be rude and tacky, and hopefully, she will reconsider. Maybe they can initiate a conversation of "So, what are you going to wear to the wedding? I have this cute white sundress but it's tacky to wear white at someone's wedding..." Good luck and I'm sorry you have to deal with this problem! Personally, I think you should stick up for yourself and if she decides to spread lies... you can't possibly be the only one who knows that she's crazy, right?

Hey Lala, I posted a short review on the T3 Evolution this summer shortly after I purchased it. It is DEFINITELY worth it! At first I thought the cost of the dryer was crazy, but after reading good reviews I bit the bullet and bought it from Ulta using a 20% off coupon. The ceramic and tourmaline really makes a difference because my hair is shinier and much healthier than before. Now I don't dread blow drying as much haha. Anyway, hope this helps!

For the ladies who bought their veils from the bridal salon, who was the designer? I would really like to try the veils on before purchasing, but the store from which I bought my dress only had a small selection. I am keeping options open though and ordering sample from Occansey! Everyone's veils from there looks really nice so I might order one even though I can't try it on. TIA!

I love MAC brushes; they last forever! I have a couple from years and years ago. Their brush cleanser is really good.
