    I agree with you Alyssa on my choice for Obama. I'm waiting for FI to get homw so we can go vote. I told him if I have to wait 10 hours, I'll wait! Most of My family and in-laws are voting for Obama, even my dad who is a die hard Republican is voting for Obama (Go DAD !). I am very proud to be an American but feel for the past eight years I've been very detached and don't want another 4 years of this. We need change in every single way and I feel that Obama is the only candidate that can turn us in the right direction. This change will take alot longer that 4 years to clean up!

    I'm not talented but my son sure is. He won 1st place as the funniest pumpkin in his class.

    Me too! Very excitied and obsessed, yet I will be happy when it's over. On Halloween all of the parents were talking about the election as we could see all of the campaign signs on the lawns! Even my son's friends got in on the action, they are all 10 and 11 year old kids. I plan on taking my son with me to the polls so he can see the process,

    Congrats! He is so cute! Being a mommy is so rewarding- Welcome to the mommy club. I know what you mean, you will never anyone as much as you love your child. I have told my FI that my son Gabriel will awalys be my main guy and my world. He's fine with it.

    I am so excitied about this election but at the same time I can't wait until it's over. It's all I see on TV and hear about. FI & I vote for the person not the party, both of us are undeclared. In the past I have voted both ways. This time around I'm voting for Obama. McCain is old and way to much of a hot head.

    What an ignorant witch! I'm sure my son wouldn't have received any candy as his buddy, who trick or treated with us dressed up as Obama!!

    I'm so sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I would speak to your doctor before you do anything. He or She should be able to guide you in the right direction. Your health and well-bring should come first.

    Well I didn't carve a pumpkin but every year my son creates a pumpkin for his school's pumpkin contest. He won 1st place as the funniest this year. Let me see if I can upload it

    I think it's fine to give a single male guest something different. My FI may have his BF come to the wedding, he's single and I will probably get him a few different things. I may use the same type of bag as my other guests- he can use it for groceries or something.

    Good Topic! In the past I've used Costco, Target and Vistaprint. Costco is usually pretty good as you can upload everything from home and get them back in a few hours which is great because this is a last mintute thing for me. My mom bought cards with slits for pictures at Michael's $1.00 for about 12 per pack...something like that.

    My MIL and I are very close. When I first started planning we went to all of those wedding expos. We had fun looking at everything and the wine tasting. I send her alot of photos of what I have picked out and will have her help my FI pick his shirt.
