I can totally relate to this I am a terrible flyer. Its not being in the air that scares me I just get a bit claustrophobic if we are sat in a row of 3 and the 3rd person is a stranger I know it's wierd but I can't help it.... I dont eat before I fly incase I am ill on the plane and embarrass myself in front of this stranger!! I am taking a 10 hour flight to Jamaica on Thursday so Ladies wish me luck xx

I would suggest doing some research into your resort and costs involved....... I have heard that either Mexico or Carribean give better value for money but if your resort works for you go for it!!! Good luck

Where in cuba are you marrying?

I used one on hols to Cuba last year and did not have any problems with them coming off when I got sweaty. However I think the fact that I am not so well endowed in the chest area (34b) also helped not some much weight on the sticky panels
