I struggled for the longest time trying to find the right jewelry for a beach wedding. Everything in the stores felt too formal. I was looking for some combination of blue topaz for my something blue, pearls and crystals. I finally found a jewelry designer who made some custom earrings for me. I absolutely loved the earrings that she designed.... if anyone is looking for earrings let me know and I can share her contact information

Sorry, my box should be empty now. It looks like I have 3 bridesmaids bouquets left and 1 grooms bout. top view side view grooms bout Quote: Originally Posted by Ash&Grant2009 It wouldn't let me PM you again...says your box is full. Aw, thanks Not exactly the way I dreamed I'd look on my wedding day, but some things just don't go quite as planned! Quote: Originally Posted by Jess everything looks great...wait you are seriously 8 1/2 months pregnant in the last picture?? You look amazing, and you can't even tell. -

Thanks. I used the trifold brochure from vista print. You can download the template from their site and design it in powerpoint. I can't remember who I borrowed the ideas from- Morgan maybe? They were pretty cheap to print. For the luggage tags, I order the badge holders from amazon and got free business cards from vista print- I put a picture on the front and name/address info on the back. You could also save the brochure as a PDF and email it to your guests. I included a welcome note, itinerary for the week, transportation from the airport, packing list, weather, general info on activities and reminders to RSVP on our website for any group events they wanted to sign up for. Here are a few more pics. -

Thanks. I've got tons of extras. If anyone wants them, I'm happy to pass them along. You would just have to print a label for the back and replace my shutterfly account info with your own. Quote: Originally Posted by Soon To Be Mrs. Gomez I love the postcard with directions on how to share pics! -

My bridesmaids got a few extras including a monogrammed robe, sequin flip flops from old navy and a bunch of makeup, lipgloss and nail polish from e.l.f.(everything is only $1 and it's great makeup). The kids got their own bags. I forgot to take pictures, but they were super cute pink and orange terry cloth bags with a matching beach towel. I got them on clearance at Land's End. I made a kids activity book, a few stickers, toys, beach balls and also a flower girl shirt (target tshirt with an ironon decal): We also did rash guards for our bridal party. We bought them online pretty cheap and then added ironons with Cabo2009. Everyone used these at the beach days and snorkel trip. Instead of wedding books in everyone's bags, we made little picture books using the Mac and put one in each rental villa. we included sections on who's who, timelines, maps, common spanish phrases, etc. So much easier and faster than printing: For the ceremony, the decor was very simple. Most everything was DIY. I made votive candle placeholders using vellum paper from Michaels and centerpieces were various size vases with white marbles, floating orchids and floating candles (all from Michaels). We also order custom painted maracas in our wedding colors for favors. I tied them to the backs of the chairs using ribbon: and last, the dress. This is tricky because i found out that i was pregnant after we booked everything. I did a TTD shoot at our site visit when I was only 4 months along and then bought a new dress for the wedding (81/2 months along): -

Ok, I realize that this is a bit late seeing as how I just got back from my wedding, but I thought I would post my planning thread anyway. I borrowed so many ideas from the forum that I thought I would return the favor in case this helps anyone. Our ceremony site was the beach in front of Pitahayas restaurant with the reception at a private villa nearby. We sent out message in a bottle save the dates: followed by boarding pass invites. I merged several different styles from all the templates that I found on the forum. We also sent out a prewedding brochure with luggage tags a few weeks before the wedding: For our OOT bags I ordered jelly totes from ebay. They were only $1 each and waterproof and everyone seemed to like them. Inside each were beach towels, chapstick, aloe, sunscreen, suduko puzzles, first aid kits, crystal lights, flashlights, pashminas for the women, postcards, photoshare card.

Just got back from Cabo and have a few things that I would be happy to pass along to someone else. I have 10 extra blue jelly tote bags used for our OOT bags. These were a big hit. $10 for 10. Silk flowers. I ordered the best seller bouquet from *seller* They are taking orders 9 months out last time I checked. I have 1 bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, 2 corsages and 4 bouts. I have 7 LED flashlights that we put in the OOT bags. $1 each 10 orange satin chair sashes- $1 each orange and turquoise satin cake table toppers- $3 each 10 body butters (5 margarita and 5 vanilla) which I planned to put in bridesmaids bags and forgot about. $1 each 5 first aid kits. They have bandaids, alcohol swaps, etc. I added a label, but they don't have our names on them.

OOT bag tag template?
volley7878 posted a topic in Wedding Registry, Wedding Gift Bags, and OOT bags
I'm working on my OOT bags and realized that I don't know to do for the tag- should I put welcome to mexico, our monogram, guests name?. Does anyone have a template for a cute tag? -
Wonderful job! I love all your ideas! Can you tell me the name of the advertising company where you got the small money wallets?
