Yeah, that is getting on my nerves too Josie. I still have people saying that they are wanting to book and we are less than 2 months out. Most of my guests got about $900 for 4 days 5 nights too, but lately it has been $1000 since the swine flu.

are you using Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket ? If not, you need to just go there and upload your pic (make sure you select small or medium sized pics) and then copy the IMG code below the picture and paste it in your post. Did that help?

Kimmy-I haven't looked at the 2010 prices, but I thought the swine flu would have lowered the prices. I could not believe that the rates had gone up for my guests. It has only gone up about $100 pp, but still that is an extra hundred KWIM? By the way, Charlie Checker is precious!!!! I love him and what a cute name! I will get pics of me in the dress as soon as I can. I wanted to get the pics the other day, but my mom went out of town so I have to wait until she gets back bc I need help getting into the dress, haha.

I have a quick question. Do your guests mail in their jewelry before the party and then they get the check at the party? Or do they bring the jewelry to the party and then you mail them the check later?

Yes, keep us posted Lisa! Thanks girls!! I have less than 2 months starting today I still haven't heard anything from the RIU wedding dept., so I emailed them today. I will let you know if they respond/when they respond and what they say. I have my dresses!!! They are so gorgeous! I will post pics probably tomorrow or the next day b/c they are at my parent's house. I had my shower this past saturday and it was so fun. We had about 70 people there with tons of food and mimosas flowing. Everyone was so nice and they bought us pretty much everything off of our registries. I saw friends that live out of town and family of Tyler's that I had never met which was fun. We went out afterwards and drank ourselves silly, haha. I will post pics of that too when my friends mom (designated photographer) sends me some.

I went topless in some pics....not fully nude because I wore thong panties. They were really tasteful and most of the shots were from the side. Also, I did one shot like Kim Kardashian's photo shoot where she was nude, but wore lots of pearls around her neck. It turned out beautifully. I would share my pics, but my photographer hasn't finished them yet. I am not modest, so I didn't mind. Plus I knew the photographer. If your photographer has done BD work before I am sure they won't think anything of the nudity. I think your FI will really enjoy it!
