  11. Ok, It's finally official. My last day with the company is October 30. I interviewed with the new company yesterday and they called me today. Out of the three in my group, only was was offered a position. The good news is that I am now eligible for transition pay. 21 weeks and paid remainder of vacation days. They are trying to work me to death until then.

  13. I didn't wait outside overnight. I got there about 11:00 am and there were still a ton of dresses. I didn't find one for myself. I also didn't have anyone with me which would have been a big help. But the place was a mess!

Easiest way is to call Sprint and exchange directly with them. Your new receipt will work perfectly for rebates as well. You will receive a temporary credit until you send the old phone back. You can now also exchange directly in any corporate Sprint store (see point 23 below for instore exchange step-by-step instructions). Hope this information will help you. That is a lot of information. You must work for Sprint. I have to say, I have been with Sprint since 1998 and have had very few problems. If I do, they always resolve them when I call.
