No they do not!!! They used to and we went through a huge ordeal where they wouldn't let us bring our photographer anymore even though they had already said that we could and we had already paid the deposit. Thankfully, eventually they relented and honoured their original agreement but they no longer allow outside vendors. Thankfully, the photographer at the resort does beautiful work!

I don't really know...I know that with the royal package they provide two very nice bouquets that coordinate with your colours for both sides of the arch and then they take those off the arch and use them on the table for the reception. That is what another riu santa fe bride told me and her pics were beautiful. As for other decor of the reception site, I'm not really sure. I'll know more in Sept! lol

Justgotengaged- I just got back from Majestic Colonial and was surprised that the staff hardly knew english! That being said it wasn't an issue at all...there was never an occurance where the language barrier presented a problem whatsoever. They know enough!

Bali- when are you getting married? I know that the 2009 Royal package includes ceremony and recepetion decor. (basic arch with tulle, flowers on arch, chair covers) You can also bring your own if you wish and they will put it up for you.

Hi ladies!! So, my FI's first cousin got married at the Majestic Colonial last Tuesday and it was BEAUTIFUL. I thought I'd share some of the pics with you all who are getting married there or who are considering getting married there. Overall, our stay was amazing. There was only one issue, we were supposed to have champagne, rum and a gift certificate waiting for us in our room and it took 2 phone calls to finally get it. The food was amazing....we ate most of our meals in the big buffet, there was always a huge selection and it was always fresh. My two fave drinks were: Tucan and The Majestic- so if you like fruity, colourful drinks definitely go with them! The grounds were kept clean, including the pools. WEAR SUNSCREEN- I wore spf 50 every day religiously and still got burnt. Bug spray in the evenings. The ceremony itself was GORGEOUS. It was in Spanish and translated by the WC Sandra (??) She seemed to be very organized and on top of things. The reception was held on the balcony of the presidential suite and it was also very beautiful...it’s huge!!!! They had a tent set up and round tables. If you have any questions, let me know and I’ll do my best to answer them! Overall though the trip was an A+!
