So I've been WAITING to share my slideshow with all you ladies, and I FINALLY can do it! Our photographer, Beth Lloyd was absolutely AMAZING in every way. From helping the groomsmen pin on their boutonnieres to capturing every moment, she truly didn't miss a beat. LOVE her! Okay, so here's the link. My one suggestion would be to try not to sweat it. I had no clue when/if my guests booked, I just knew they would make it work no matter what. It was a little less stressful for me though, because we didn't do a room block and just hoped that there'd be available rooms at Dreams. I'm pretty laid back though, so that's why it was easy for me not to worry. Just remember, that it will all work itself out in the end!

Thanks, Diane (or should I say goggles :-) I just checked out your wedding website...so much thought went into it & HILARIOUS! You guys are so creative. Loved the video of Caletas. What a fun way to introduce your guests to the most gorgeous place to host a wedding EVER! I'm not biased at all!

Hey Trisha - We had a big bridal party as well (6 bridesmaids [one of the girls couldn't make it last minute], 7 groomsman, and two ring bearers. Kelley just came to our hotel and addressed the whole group. It only lasted like 15 minutes then Brent, our dads, and I sat down with Kelley separately to go over the little details of the ceremony. Kelley & Nicole take care of all the details once you're at LC so you don't have to worry about anything...especially getting everyone in order. You're just there to take everything in and have an AMAZING time. That's what I did!! :-)

I had some of the same reservations...but seriously, after joining this forum I was basically able to see the whole wedding set-up through the other girls pics, videos, threads, etc. that all went away! Good luck with the planning!!!

Congrats!!! We didn't use either of those villas, but got married at Las Caletas. I would highly recommend it as it is truly paradise. Good luck with all the planning!!

Have SO much fun Rebecca and take it ALL in! It's totally normal to be feeling a million different emotions right now, and feel and experience each one because it goes by way too fast. Congrats!!

That's a tough one. I ended up not inviting any co-workers because we kept it mostly family and friends. Everyone totally understood. We are having a local reception in Chicago and I plan to invite the whole department to that. It really comes down to this...it's your wedding so you can do whatever YOU want! And if people do take offense, that's for them to deal with not for you to worry about.
