Does anyone know if the waiters at Dreams Cancun start tearing down tables and decorations for the reception at 9pm? I saw that on another thread and thought it was wierd. I was under the impression that the receptions go until 11pm if you wanted.

In order to break that language barrier, I think I am going to change the way I email her. I am going to start asking questions in a list from 1 to 10 or whatever number my questions go up to. That way, she can answer each question individually. Of course, she probably wont answer them fully. And on the other hand, we all need to keep in mind that the WC's at Dreams do this at least once per day, so they are very familiar with how to run and coordinate a wedding. I just need to step back and take a deep breath...and try to relax.

Wow!!! I have had a problem with her answering my direct questions. I have had several email conversations with Gaby and it seems like she always "beats around the bush" and never answers the direct questions I ask her. Most of my questions are yes or no questions, or they ask for a specific price. She seems like a nice girl and hard working, but I dont think they realize that we dont want to share our day with anyone else. Its all about us on OUR DAY (not our TIME.)

Maybe they just do two small weddings if people are renewing vows...or any of the free weddings they offer where there isnt going to be a reception afterwards. I know Im not gonna have my reception at like noon just so the next couple can get married at 6pm or something. Its MY (OUR) day, not any one elses!!!! Hahaha

Just to add my 2 cents...I used to like Jerry. I was always for the underdog, which he seemed to be at the time, but now, with some of his comments and actions, I really want him gone. Dan was put in a crappy situation and either way he (America) voted, he was going to bet bashed by one half of the house. April and Ollie need to be the firsts ones to go since they are the strongest alliance in the house. That, and April stirs up too much crap!! What a BI*CH!!!!

OK folks, I was just on another thread and learned of the possibility of Dreams Cancun holding more than 1 wedding in a day. Apparently the FAQ on their website used to read, "Your day is your special day," where now it says, "Your time is your special time." That suggests to me they are holding more than 1 wedding and reception in one day. Can anyone shed any light on this topic please? Thanks

So basically, they do have multiple weddings in one day, correct? How the heck do they do that? What about the receptions? I think that is a little impersonal. Certainly keep us posted and let us know what you find out. Thanks!

Yeah, Im generic. I collect shot glasses too. I have a few hundred of them. I get them from everywhere I go, and everywhere everyone else goes too. They are cheap to collect. I also collect the dust that collects on my shot glasses. Does that count
