  1. The Sports Bar is upstairs and I think too small. I'm not sure if The Coconut Bar is the bar in the plaza with the plaza gazebo. If so, that will be a good spot. Its more room and when we were there not too many people were there. You will also be able to hear the nightly show from here. It normally starts about 9pm.
  2. This was helpful to us but I'm unsure of what part of Jamaica you will be in. The official visitors guide to Montego Bay, Jamaica
  3. The groomsman's bout was free and 1 bridesmaid's bouquet was free. I paid for the rest.
  4. I finally received my photos. Here goes: March7th :: March7th2009 slideshow by caboweddingforum - Photobucket
  5. Have fun and take time to relax while your there.

  7. Try going through Chandlyn first. I used Tai Flora and arranged everything with them directly. Once at the resort the coordinator advised me I should have went through her because she could have got a better deal. The items were mine after the ceremony. I used the flowers from the arch as our centerpieces. Then we put them in our room afterwards until we left.
  8. Great review. I remember Ricardo and Maxine from by trip. They were very nice to me and my guest. Sorry about your experience with Jamaica Tours. We used them for the transfers and everything went smoothly. You were a beautiful bride.
  9. Congratulations MRS. Welcome back. Everything was lovely.
  10. We secured our resort first and booked airfaire later when the tickets were on sale. Then to only have the flight cancelled by Air Jamaica. We had to re-book on Delta but they were having a sell then also. Airfare changes so much plus we saved a lot of money by waiting for a sale. Most of my guest booked 2-3 months before the wedding and saved also.
  11. Beautiful. I love the garden reception and your colors. Congratulations MRS. Can't wait to see more pictures.
  12. We didn't have any issues with them. I didn't notice any during our ceremony. My family liked the resort so much they are planning to return next year for a family vacation.

  15. Congratulations and welcome back MRS.
  16. The cake flowers were silk. I got them from Pier One when they were having their 70% off sale. Each stem had 7 to 10 flowers on them. I got each stem for .67 cents. I also used them for my fans and flowergirl baskets.
  17. We did the free package and just added stuff on to it. The champagne toast is included. We paid extra for the Jamaican cocktail hour which was $8.00 a person.
  18. It was $700.00. Its $350.00 an hour. That's the same song I chose. I actually forgot to tell Chantelle before hand. I told her as she was walking me to the ceremony site. She walked over and told them just before I came down the aisle. Yes, it was right on the beach at the ceremony site.
  19. We had the steel band for our ceremony and for the cocktail hour on the beach right after. I have no audio or video samples yet. I loved them. I hired them threw Chantelle the wedding coordinator at the resort. I listened to them on Youtube before I went. I didn't care what songs they played. All I asked for was a certain song when I walked down the aisle. All you mention can be arranged with the resort wedding coordinator. Happy Planning :-)
