    Hi are there any brides getting married in Montego Bay, Jamaica that want to swap vendor research? I am trying to find a band, florist and photographer but I can only find people outside Montego Bay and makes the cost go up.     Matte Jersey travels really, really well, taffeta and some laces as well stay away from chiffon, satin and silk. You can always shipped it but take out insurance and make sure there is someone to sign for it you do take a few more risk but it is easier. Also check with your hotel or local dry cleaners and set up an appointment for steaming and then it doesn't matter the fabric

    Screw what the FMIL thinks this is your wedding and if that is the dress then that is the dress...just an FYI there are a few brands that have that or a similar style in white (Morgan & Co., OC by Oleg Cassini, Niteline, Adrianna Papell Evenings, Nightway, Niki, and Faviana) Hope this helps

    My mom lives out of the country so I have involved my FMIL a little more then I normally would I invited her to go dress shopping and invitation shopping and some other things but I have to admit when it comes to going somewhere that money is being exchanged I don't bring her since she is not paying I don't like her saying it is too much to spend. Honestly in the future I am involving her less and less

    Ok so I have been thousand of weddings...with the church being so early you can wear a nice outfit like a daytime dress, pant suit or skirt and top and your man can wear nice pants with a button down...then depending if you are close to home or staying at a hotel you go and change into your party dress and suit...did it say anywhere on the invite if it is black tie or not because that can clear up a lot of questions on what to wear to the reception
