You are not talking behind her back. You cc'd her on it and you're just "keeping minutes" of the conversation so that it is documented. You need to do that because if another issue arises HR will have some background on the situation.

A lot of the places I've looked say "local beers, local liquors", which I know if you're in Aruba Patron is not a local tequila. I was just wondering if you could upgrade. I'll talk to my TA when I decide where I'm going. Thanks for the help!

I am thinking of having my wedding at an all-inclusive resort in Aruba. Does anyone know what the policy is on liquor for an all-inclusive resort? I want to know if you can upgrade to top shelf liquors and what it would cost or do you have to pay for drinks if you want that option. Any information would be helpful. Kathie

Ohhhh, you'll LOVE IT! I stayed at the Bucuti last October and it was great. Lots of young couples. They have the most beautiful beach in Aruba! Is the reception also there? I would love to go there but I know we couldn't afford it. I'm thinking Manchebo.

You definitely need to let her know you're not taking her shit! She's a bully and she knows she can intimidate you. What a bitch! Just remember you did not do anything wrong. Stand up to her and she will eventually move on to someone else, then she'll get the attention of HR and she'll be outta there! Good luck and don't let her see you sweat.
