I'll try to describe this as best I can.
On bottom of small casserole lay canned or jarred artichoke. In the cheese section of your supermarket they carry something (don't know what it's called) that has prosciutto and mozzarella rolled up in a pinwheel shape. Slice up and layer on top of artichoke, dab a little olive oil and finish with grated parmesan cheese. Bake in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Easy and delish!
Almost forgot, spread a light layer of Italian style breadcrumbs before the olive oil!
