Andrew at Vendo Direct gave me an estimated date of February 20 (this coming Friday). I will ship them out after that. Every girl might want different shipping to them so I'll get quotes and let everyone decided for herself. I am so excited too! I never heard from Andrew that there was any problem with the artwork after he sent the two proofs so I guess it was OK.

Hi Ladies: I am going to put in an order for some soft coolers with a custom logo. The logo has already been picked out as Gail and I are buying an order of cups with the same logo. Here are the two logos that we're using on our cups. we're still in the process of researching coolers. Let us know if you're interested!

Anyone new reading this post, we now have an extra 35 cups if someone wants them. If no one takes them I'll post them on the For Sale section of this forum. Thanks girls!

Awesome news! The cups are now only $0.69 instead of $0.79!! woo-hoo!! Gail, I will respond to you later, but yes we definitely need start a new thread. I started one a while ago (at least I meant to) but never heard from anyone. I will show you the websites that I've been finding. I've been finding prices around $3.50-$4.00 for fairly decent ones (with water proof liners). JKCZ I will send you an email with your estimated total but I sent you a PM about the cups.

hey there: i just PMed you about ordering coolers. Oh, I just saw that you got married two days ago! I guess you won't be ordering any coolers now. Thank you for posting your coolers! I've been looking for the least expensive but nicest coolers for the last two weeks now but couldn't find any "really" great places yet! I have it narrowed down to a couple of places but am so glad to see that someone else had the same idea

I would like to do small (6 can coolers)soft sided coolers with the palm tree or sun monogram on them. If you'd like to go in on an order with me let me know! I'm still figuring out which place has the nicest but lowest price. I can send a picture of what I'm thinking of if you're interested.

I talked to Andrew today and he can't the swirls in the background for two reasons. 1) it would look like one giant black blotch because they can't print "shades". 2) It is so large that the swirls make the writing illegible. SO we'll be using the palm tree logo without the swirls but it's the one that still has Riviera Maya 2009 on it. All the cups will come to me first, except for JKCZ's. They were ordered today! woo-hoo!

Hi Ladies: I would like to order the cups ASAP so that JKCZ can get hers before she leaves for Mexico. My vote is 2 sides with a logo and I also vote for either one or both of the following logos I'm hoping to have enough input from everyone by tomorrow night to make an order online so that there is time for everyone.

Hi Ladies: I talked to Andrew at Vendo Direct and this is what he said. He said they only allow on person to pay for an order. I have no problem doing that. It will actually save us money on shipping (it'll be about $30 for shipping), only $20 for the print set-up (instead of $40), and we're going order 500 now because it's so popular! Woo-hoo! I am going to have them ship the cups to JKCZ separately from our order because she needs them so soon. Does anyone need them before the end of February? I will pay for the cups up front and once you receive your cups you can pay me either through paypal or send me a check. Here's the cool thing: we can get the same logo printed on both sides (the second side is free) OR we could even get a second logo put on the back side! What do you girls think? I feel bad I can only get things on here and answer emails at night but my temp job doesn't have online access for me because it takes so long to set up that I'll be done by the time they get it up and running. If you need to contact me more quickly PM me and I can send you my cell phone number. Thanks for the input girls! I am SO excited! I asked about the sunscreen and bug spray making the print rub off but they couldn't guarantee me anything. I don't think it will because they are dishwasher safe (top shelf) and have never had any complaints about the print rubbing off.

Thank you! I can't take all of the credit, I bought the original online and just changed a few things. I wish I was that talented! OMG, didn't realize that you leave in 3 weeks! IT says online that it's a standard 7-10 day order once they get the artwork (which is already complete). Then it will ship ground service, with the option to ship it more quickly. I can't find out what the price difference is for ground service but I can check if you need to me.

Hi Ladies: I did a quick count and this is what I came up for the order: Me: 25 Gail: 50 Adrienne: 25 Candiekiss: 100 JKCZ0702: 35 Colby2277: 50 Indianbride: ?? So I do believe that equals 385 cups. I have no problems re-selling any extras that we have or even keeping them. My thoughts on ordering the cups is that I will pay for the cups and have them shipped to me. Each girl will pay $0.79 per cup that she orders and that way everyone can take advantage of the discounted price. We can all split shipping amongst whoever decides to order the cups. Each girl will pay for shipping when I ship them to her. I will ship as inexpensively as possible but make sure that they cups will be safe. I will not charge for handling. Does everyone think this is fair? OK, I have many pictures of the palm tree design that I think is really cool. Share your thoughts with me! I will show you the original design because it looks really cool in color but I think we'll go with black only on the cups. Also, is everyone OK with an assortment of frosted cups? Color Monogram, only swirls Monogram in black, same as original Design in Black Swirls Only Plain Black Monogram The black and white sun with RM underneath I know it turned out small, I was going insane after 6.5 hours trying to learn Photoshop and Illustrator so I didn't do so well with the sun. I will change it for my own purposes and/or if we use it for the cups. Phew, sorry so long girls! Let me know what you think.
