I did the Identifont thing...and found some very similar - but not exact...the names are Annabelle and Bickham Script Pro.....will keep trying though

We are getting married at the Occidental Grand....we looked at Jamaica first, but decided Dominican so more of our guests could come...we kinda did everything backwards, we have two children, now we are getting married. lol. so we just want affordable, doesn't have to be all out...but it would be nice to have what we want! Would anyone out there be able to help me make a monogram? I am not very artistic at all - and apparently not good at Word or PowerPoint...I have been trying for awhile now, and can't figure out how to get things to line up. I have watched videos, read instructions...still can't do it! lol. I just want simple, just our initials and wedding date and a starfish or something.....

I feel the same. I don't care as long as it is us standing there! Hopefully everything will work out for both of us....I will have 6 days at the resort before the wedding day so at least if I have to, I can take matters into my own hands at that point. What resort are you at?

The Occidental Grand. My TA just told them that if they didn't get it together we would switch resorts...so now they seem to be responding....still so nervous though! I now have some emails from them confirming my day so I will hold onto them with dear life. So stressful! I was hoping going away would be easier!

Hello everyone. Just wondering if anyone else is having bad luck with the wedding coordinators? I have been contacting them for about 6 months to set a wedding date and when I called, they said they would book me in and then I would send a follow up email and no response... I finally asked my travel agent to contact them, and now the day that I have been asking for for 6 months is booked. We want a sunset wedding, but are supposed to get married at 2 in the afternoon. I am not impressed as I have sent numerous emails and phone calls. Stessing out!!! Wondering if anyone else is having these types of issues? And if anyone has any advise!

I have 7 nights for $1500 dollars - based on double occupancy.

I am getting married at the Occidental in April 2009. It looks good in the pictures, but I am having a few issues with the Wedding Coordinator...don't email them - they don't respond Just call and they will help you. Have you decided you are going their yet?

I am having the same luck with the Occidental. I called there today and freaked out on them and didn't get very far....so I got my sister (MOH) to call back and sort it out....and she did! She said she just kept asking for the wedding coordinator and was passed back and forth for awhile until she got through....I got an email from them answering my questions 1/2 an hour later. I would try getting your travel agent to get in touch with the manager maybe....that was going to be my next step.... Good luck!

I can't seem to find any other than PhotoSouvenir but they are booked up. Getting nervous about all of this stuff!!
