  1. I can't believe there is something like that out there!!! lol! I agree with everyone else...i want to know what you do when you need to use the restroom?? Does the adhesive re-stick after you pull it off?? I drink a lot of water, my luck it wouldn't re-stick and i would have to go commando! lol
  2. Yesterday I went for my first dress fitting...Luckily the dress fits me almost perfectly, so they are only doing small alterations. I haven't put on my dress in probably 4 months or so...ever since I purchased it...and it was so great to put it on and realize that the big day is almost here! Less than two months!! I wasn't planning on doing a veil, but after putting a few on with my hair up I have changed my mind and I am going to go with a veil. Is it to much to have a veil and a flower? I plan to only wear the veil for the ceremony.
  3. Has anyone heard of Lightscribe before? My father just got a new HP laptop and it has the lightscribe feature. What you do is you record your data to a disk and then take the disk out, flip it over and then put it back in and it will lightscribe a label on to it. Has anyone done this before? Does it turn out really good? Would be really cool for cd's for guest. Here's a link: LightScribe

  7. I have seen some awesome TTD pics on here that are taken at places other than the beach. Has anyone done any cool non beach ttd in cancun?
  8. I lived in Vegas for a while and my favorite restaurant is Firefly! It has the best food in town, fun atmosphere, its 5 mins off the strip and is open until 4am. It is tapas, so there is a little bit of everything for everyone and the best sangria!!! The place isn't huge, but you can sit outside or inside on Couches or in tables. So you can try to be somewhat private if you choose maybe the couch area. Here's the link: FIREFLY* on Paradise Tapas Kitchen & Bar Another one of my favorite locations is the Social House in Treasure Island: Treasure Island Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas - Restaurants Great food and awesome atmosphere Good Luck!

  13. Very long story short....We are only able to have 60 people at our wedding due to resort space...So we invited around 80 with the hopes that not everyone would be able to attend. Because of that our list was REALLY limited. Well, we are 2.5 months away and we have 52 confirmed guest. It had been eating me up that I didn't invite a family that was really close to us when I grew up. The mother was like a second mother to me. They didn't make the first list because we didn't have room (it was mostly family)...but now that i do have room for them I want to invite them. But I don't know how to do it so that it doesn't seem like they were an after thought? Any ideas? Is it to late to do anything about it?
  14. Has anyone ever heard of this awesome video camera? Last weekend I had my bridal shower and one of my friends brought it to the shower. She made awesome video clips of the entire shower and gave it to me after the shower. I know most of the digital cameras have a video function, but this seems to have better quality and its so small. I am really excited to use it during the wedding festivities! Here's a link...Check it out: Flip Video
  15. We are getting at Club Med in Cancun (all inclusive) and our guest are paying $110 per person, per night. So for 4 days it is $440 per person. Air fair was cheap for our guest who booked when we sent out the invitations....for those who have waited it is really expensive now
  16. I agree. I think you should do the oot bags. Its your way of thanking everyone for coming your wedding. There are so many cheap totes and stuffers out there...We are doing 30 oot bags for our wedding and they are full of stuff and so far we are only spending $330 for everything. Even if its just a 99 cent bag with a couple of 99 cent items in it. I think anything will show your guest that you are thankful that they came.
  17. Thank you so much for posting this link! I am definitely going to print these out.
  18. My mom permeant eyeliner done years ago. And she LOVED it. It's all pretty much gone now...it fades after 7 years or so.
