  1. I liked them tooo... my conflict was that when I put them on the mat/mount thingy, it just blended together. I had the backing pink and orange, so it just blended in with the lines at the top and bottom. The new ones have a slight damask floral like design on them that I was originally going for but had a hard time finding an image that I liked. I finally found a super high quality file for like $3-4 so I knew I had to get it! I am going to go get the last things I need and finish them up tonight and post pics!
  2. So my procrastinating self just got cracking!!! I printed out and put together most of my invites this weekend and they are COMPLETELY different than what I started with... i love them soooo much and can't wait til they are done and I can post them for all to see!
  3. RBB--- are you just doing a symbolic ceremony? If so there shouldn't be any issues with your ceremony since it will probably be Jacy or Natalia reading it anyways. It would be great if they could give me more with with the videographer since I won't be using the resort photographer or maybe I will use the resort photographer for the welcome dinner or something. Maybe I will just do the Dreams of Love (middle package?) instead... I do want that Mexican Trio tho!!!
  5. FI has a kindle and he loves it. His only complaint is that when you read stuff off of a memory card the battery dies quickly, but when he reads stuff saved on the Kindle, his battery lasts a long time!

  9. I printed them at work. I used text weight paper tho... Our copiers will not take the cardstock. The text weight is like the thickness of regular scrapbooking card stock. The hardest part is really the designing. You can change it so many times on your computer. Its hard to just be happy with it and go print! You can always make it better. The pockets were a little difficult since I just the super thick cardstock... thats about it.

  13. I love Burgues Script!!! I am using it on our invites, but I love the way your names look! I didnt use and of the really scrolly letters... but I might go back and change that!
  14. Some of us have noticed that! I thought I could just go into my User CP and fix it, but all the information is correct in there. I'm sure it will be fixed eventually.
  15. I used to work at Circuit City and I HATED selling the warranties!!! One of the reasons they moved me off the salesfloor... Unless its one of the "accident" warranty that basically cover anything and everything... I wouldn't bother. How often does something happen to your electronics in the first couple of years? If something does, its going to be in the first year or so and that will be covered by the manufacturer. Also, you can buy the warranty up until the return period is over, so don't let a salesperson talk you into it. Go home, think about it and go back to the store if you want it. If they have an accidental protection plan on the IPOD... I would get it... bc my IPOD would probably take a hard drop when a new one came out...
  16. The outlet mall near us opens at midnight! On our drive to it last year, it was literally the worst traffic I have EVER seen! It was worse then when Obama came here and a bad accident during rush hour combined... Craziness! We have learned that you gotta get there early!

  21. I'm using Brioso and Burgues Script. They aren't free fonts from dafont or something, so I don't think they are the problem. They both printed in the colored dots that make up the black. This is my first time using them. I plan on using the self service copiers. I just want my invites printed on a laser printer/copier and I already bought my paper for it which is too thick to print at home. I'm just going to make an RGB version and see if that fixes it.
