I agree, I don't think the colors are all that different and they look great!!! That doesn't excuse the poor customer service you're receiving though! I wouldn't worry about it (I know, easy for someone else to say)... They look great with your OOT bags!

Ok... the "due date" for my rsvps was one week ago and we have only received 6 back out of like 40 we sent out!!!! What is wrong with people?!?!

I am going through this right now! Some of my family booked at a hotel in Playa Del Carmen without even talking to us about it first!! They haven't even sent us the RSVP back yet but that's a whole other story... It screws up my plans for the welcome dinner (I'll still have it but they won't be there) and the OOT bags! We won't have very many people attend the wedding so it really sucks that some of the few people that are coming won't even be staying at the same resort!! We picked the Palladium for many reasons but one of them being that we thought it would be cost effective for our guests! And then they go and do this without even mentioning it to us first! I've been pretty upset about it lately!!! I'm sorry you are going through this too!!

We were considering a Mayan cabana but we decided on a Royal Junior Suite. I think the "Royal" perks are definately worth the price difference (it was only about $150 per person more when we booked), especially for your wedding!! The Royal Suites are a little further away from everything than the others but they have golf carts that will take you wherever you want to go as well as trains that go around the resort.

Weird question maybe but are they red rose petals? I don't want to be picky here but I was hoping for no red... I guess I could always bring something of my own too...

Sometimes her replies are really fast and sometimes you have to wait a little while. I think the longest I've ever waited for a reply from her is a week. Did you send the email from your ISP account? I've heard that they can sometimes have problems sending and receiving emails from web based email accounts such as yahoo and hotmail.

Can I borrow your letter? My "due" date for the reply cards is Thursday and I still have MANY that have yet to come.....
