The closing cost thing can get sticky. It's not really even a deal for you in the end. Can you meet her half way and go up a little bit? Maybe if she knows it's your final offer, she'll be more inclined to accept. We put a low offer that was about 20K less than the asking price. We ended up paying about 10K less than the asking price.

Keep an open mind and try on things you never pictured yourself wearing. I really never looked at dresses before either and was surprised that I had to get naked in front of the sales person...lol! The next time out I wore fitted boy shorts so I wouldn't feel so nude...but that's just me being shy And not every place is like that.

We always go to Paesano's of Mulberry Street in Little Italy. The have the BEST fettuccine alfredo!!! I'm not even a huge fettucine alfredo person but this is like nothing you've experienced!

I've also heard that Jamaica can be very unsafe for people in same-sex relationships. I think you should for sure mention it to them ahead of time. It's only coming from a place of love and concern for their safety. There's a good chance they already know about it. Better to be on the safe side and give them the information. Plus, even though you are in a private villa, and you should be totally fine, it's just better to be aware.
