We had the same troubles...we just bought his suit about a week or two ago. The Macy's here didn't have much for beach appropriate suits. Men's Warehouse has a website so you can checkout their stock. They can order any suit in his size for you and have it waiting before you get there. No commitments to buy what they order in.
