  1. Mikka Erin is an adorable name!! No, I don't know of any other Mikka's. We only have our girl name picked which will be Penelope. Boy names are tough!
  2. Everything looks wonderful! I had the same hair flower and it worked great on my wedding day, stayed in place, etc. And it looks so beautiful in your dark hair!! Best wishes on your wedding adventure!
  3. I'm with you Amanda! I love Big Brother and will be glued to the television all summer! I don't pay for the feeds but read the updates online. It's a great summer soap opera!
  4. Congrats Bisha! He's adorable!!
  5. Congratulations Yamille! Your dress is adorable by the way!
  6. You are going to be such a beautiful bride Casey! Congratulations and I can't wait to see your pics!
  7. I wonder if they'll end up saving one of them next season? What did the 007 mean that George wrote in Meredith's hand? Great episode! Meredith's scream gave me chills too!
  8. See if any of the technicians at your veterinary clinic offer their services. We hired one from our clinic and she was fabulous! She stayed at the house and gave our pugs lots of love! I know she does this frequently as a way to make extra money.
  9. We bought the Animal Dyson DC25 Animal Ball Upright Vacuum - Model 17418-01 at Sears.com at Sears last weekend and love it! I pushed around the ball and non-ball versions. IMO the ball had way more flexibility to get into corners, etc. I highly recommend going to a store that carries a few and trying them out. Also, if you have Sears in your area they price match. And if you find it cheaper they give you an extra 10% off!
  10. Nye's is fun but their website isn't very informational: NYE'S POLONAISE :: MINNEAPOLIS :: 612.379.2021 The have a polka band and a sing along piano bar. Great food too! We also have tons of fun at Gasthofs: Gasthof zur Gemutlichkeit & Mario's Keller Bar
  11. I signed and got the email right away. Could your spam folder have grabbed it?

But throw in traffic and it took a little longer on the way back after the ceremony. We had a cocktail/appetizer reception on the ship about an hour after it pulled out of port. We went to dinner in the main dining room and then hit up a pub afterward.
  13. There is always a big crowd getting off the ship right away. You may want to push it back a bit. We had a 1 p.m. ceremony that ended up taking place around 1:45 because of a missing minister. We were very rushed to get back to the ship by 4:15. Practically no time for pictures and celebrating. I think having it earlier in the day is a great idea but you may want to shoot for 11 or so. Give yourself enough time to get ready, get to your ceremony location, and take in the moment!
  14. Congrats Jaime that's really exciting! What cruiseline and ship are you sailing on? You could always call the dance club on the ship for your party.

Then when the Toys R Us sales pop up on the right hand side it'll say "Shop Babies R US Special Offers" Click that. Then you can print the coupons. Happy shopping! Thank you for posting that! I just printed mine
  16. I agree about Danny being blah. He's good, just not 1st place good. I am hoping Adam wins. But maybe that's because I have his name in our work Idol pool .
  17. We were coming in off a cruise and were only there for part of the day. They used a room to get ready in, the salon, had the ceremony in the gazebo, and cake/champagne. I can't speak about the reception area or services. I know they were very please with their planner, Laura maybe?
  18. Has anyone tried the Sweet Chili Doritos? They are soooooooooo yummy!!!! I love the nacho and cool ranch flavors too. Taco salad with Doritos crunched up inside sounds delicious right now!
  19. Welcome Audrey! You've found a great site full of information! I attended my friends cruise wedding at the Frenchman's Reef in St Thomas and it was breathtaking! If you look at the picture on their website of the wedding gazebo location it really does look that beautiful! Good luck!

Of course we were running late..in part due to the slow elevators @ the hotel..but we made it. The cruise was great of course except we had to miss Cozumel, Mexico because of the swine flu. I will suggest if you are shipping your dress to make sure you have business days cushioned before the wedding. This will help in case your dress gets lost which unfortunately was the case for me. Thanks to the quick thinking of the shipper I used I did this and my dress was located and delivered before the wedding. Take your time and enjoy every minute. I want a do over cause it went by so fast ;-) Sarcie, i'm so glad everything turned out well! How did you like Freedom? Did you make it to Grand Cayman?
