I am wondering if anyone has the "dreams activities" document... the schedule of daily resort events? I thought it would be nice to put that in the welcome packet -or is that something that is given to you at check-in? for those already married, was there any on-site dreams activity/event/show worth organizing for the group to take part in?

OK...so I've been away from site for a while- but I'm back! Here is what I have done: reserved the date -June 14th 2009 I have 23 booked so far (I think we are looking at a final 40) Booked Caludia Rodriguez for Photog Booked Mannia for DJ Booked our rooms and travel Booked mini-moon (Excellence Rivera Maya) We are doing: Reception on beach /Cocktail on terrace (still iffy on times and schedule) also: we booked a boat to take our guests on a mini snorkel trip (cancun catamarans) now i need to: make welcome brochures buy favors (buy here and ship) buy decorations (walmart /cancun) pick food and decide on wedding package details decide on music lose 22 pounds. ok- i think that's it....yikes.

I was only by the gazebo...and it was windy, but not that bad. I am also doing a beach reception- I think thats the way to go...and if its windy, oh well- at least that will make people less hot!
