    We are way over ours....FI said $20k at first we are about double that but he came back later and said that was just for day of (ceremony, reception, flowers, etc) not to include trip, dress, photographer, etc so....I guess I am on track. Although I just found out this morning about a 20% service charge I was unaware of on the reception...OUCH! Good luck, just remember to choose your items that are no skimping (for us it was dress and photographer) and cut corners where you may not notice (I am going to DIY my invites versus ordering the ones I liked which will save me over $800).

    Does anyone have any pricelists for linen, china, etc in Cabo they can send me? I am looking for linens, china, decor (vases/candles), chair sashes, etc. I have found Del Cabo events planning, but no price lists. Any other suggestions? Thank you

    I have a new pair of black tahitian pearls that I love! FI bought for me on our engagement trip. They are not really "black" though more like a dark silver with a bluish hue. If they are like what I have, it would be beautiful color with a wedding.

    I am having a difficult time finding a FG dress (not sure why). As I am not doing BM's I don't have to worry too much about matching them. I am thinking of something for a 4.5 year old who is big for her age but I don't want something too mature or too babyish. I was thinking of doing white with a colored sash to match our colors (Bright Blue, Acqua, Kiwi/lime'ish green). Does anyone know of a good FG dress company? I don't want to spend over $300 if I don't have to. Thanks

    Ok, so maybe this is a stupid question...but here goes... We were planning on going to Spain & greece for our honeymoon. Is it cheap of me to be thinking of moving this to somewhere the US $ is doing better? The Euro is so bad (went to Italy/Ireland/France last year and it is worse now). Does anyone know if the $ is doing better in Bora Bora/Bali (our 2nd choice)? Any ideas?

    We are in OC and it was the longest earthquake I have felt. I am glad it wasn't that strong. Reports (watching the news) are not showing much damage (just water in one intersction) as of yet. No reports of injuries as of yet. My animals are still freaking out! I hope all others here are OK

    I like the bandaide idea....I would think it would be uncomfortble, maybe that will help. Might stick better than tape....I may have to practice!
