Does anyone know of a way to do stickers that are shiny or high gloss like photo paper? THe avery labels print the color funny but it is perfect on photo paper?

 

I want to print my monoram on stickers for use as well as on high gloss cardsctock that is double sided so I can print for name tags and things like OOT bag?

Yes, I was very bummed as had seen so many great comments on them. I did the postcards with a picture I took with a 12megapixel camera of the arch in Los Cabos on the front with a small b&w image of it on the back with a thank you message from us to our guests. We were going to put this in our welcome bags with a handwritten note from us on the back. They came out blury (the photo is printed here 8x11 with no blur so it's not the pic) and a white line down the right side. I am trying to decide if (since it is free) if I should try again or not. Shipping was $8....

I am getting ready to order my towels so I have them to take down at my site visit. I have done a search for these and the only site I come up with that we have posted is the Canon towels.

 

Does anyone know any other companies (especially any that I can order wholesale) for embroidered towels?

We have one of the residences on the beach (fractional Ownership) so we are using 4 of the 3 bedroom houses for our family to stay in. We want the ceremony to be on the beach (we are 95% sure). We are going down for our first visit at the grand opening 12/20 so we are going to finalize the location of wedding, cocktail, and reception at that time. I may still do it at the top of Pedregal in the "rec" center if it is compeleted in time (as it will have views of pacific, cabo, and sea of cortez.

Have you looked at smaller local printers? I used these for work as they are less expensive than Kinkos.

 

I ordered postcards from Vista and though it was cheap, it was not the best quality. I won't be using them for the rest of the items.

So my friend and I have been tweaking my DIY monogram. The color is spot on for printing (looks a little different on the screen still, but I care more about printing) except for the aqua, we are having a heck of a time with this one for some reason. Anyway, I need help in deciding which one to go with. There is one that my FI and I did and a friend helped with 3 other variations. I am goign to finalzie this week so when my mom gets here next week, we can do all my little DIY projects with it. Excuse the fuzziness....when she sent them back to me they were PDF's and I had to export them to PP and convert to JPG to upload so the 3 conversions lost it's cleanliness. Just look at overall design please (any suggestions to make better?). #2 has the colors correct.

WOW! I am so sorry it is taking so long. The wait feels forever without it being extended. What were you initially quoted? I think it all depends on the designer. I know with my Lazaro I was quoted 7-9 mos. They do not even order the fabric until you place the order. It has been 3.5 mos for me and my fabric swatch just got here today (meaning my fabric is in so they can start designing it now). Good Luck!

Depending on how upscale you want to go, Ventanas is my favorite. We are gettin married at our new property which is going to be equivalant in style, service, and luxury called Capella Pedregal (opening in December). Another very cute one is the Pacifica Holistica Retreat & Spa. One & Only is amazing, but they require all guests to stay onsite so that is difficult. Happy Planning

I am so sad...theyarrived yesterday and they were messed up. The silver heel had scratches on it.You could tell it was a display shoe as it had dust in the crystals. For the price, I was furious. I took them back! Saw the Sex in the City blue Manalo....I may just have to go blue after all.....

These are beautiful. I am starting mine next week when my mommy gets here!

The pain really depends on how you had them done (under or over and did you go in via armpit, tummy, nipple, or under the breast). I chose the most painful way (didnt know this until after) which is through the arm and under the muscle. I used to work out constantly and had no body fat (man I miss those days) so he had trouble with my muscles as they were too tight.

 

Best things to do if you did yours the same way is to keep your arms at your sides (have FI wash and blow dry your hair so you do not lift them up over your head). Sleep upright on a pillow (my dr. made me do this for a month so I took sleeping pills to help at night). Do not lift anything over 5-10 lbs.

 

Don't worry it gets better and I promise what they look like today is completely different than 30 days from now...don't worry!

If you are taking a group of people, I would highly recommend booking your tickets in advance, depending on season it can be VERY busy there on a Friday. Great fun!

This is where I got engaged~it is beautiful! Very remote and serene. We were there in May this year.

 

What do you need to know or what pics do you want (I have tons....500). I saw 4 weddings and partied with one of the weddings the whole week there. I highly recommend it!

OMG! I didn't do this....I had not idea....am I too late? Should I do this? Iw as stressing about what to get as a wedding gift to him...never even thought of an engagement gift. OUCH>
