my deposit was made in cash and I paid the rest in cash also. A lot of my vendors required cash

there is no free option for transfers from the airport. I would tell you to do a private transfer that takes you right to the resort vs stopping and dropping off people are other resorts on the way. The ride from the airport to Dreams Tulum is about an hour and 20 minutes. I have heard people who do a non private transfer say that it took them about 2 hours from the airport. Also, our guests paid for the transfers themselves and the travel agent took care of it fro them

nope-no need for beach towels. They have tons at the pool. We used 2 each everyday and were totally fine

when we got back to the room they had roses everywhere and our bath tub was filled with bubble bath and a heart out of rose petals!

Sorry for the daunting post, but I am really getting frustrated with the inconsistencies with promises and pricing for things and thought I would give everyone a heads up! Hopefully, things will go more smoothly when we get there! Ok-when I was there just over a month ago they had all of my emails. She even printed out my pictures for the flowers. Natalia had everything together. I also brought all my emails just in case but I didnt need them. Also, they keep the places open based upon the ocupancy of the resort. There are some other great places including the beach or the pools. I wouldn't stress you will see, once you get there everything falls into place. Remember, these ladies do this all day everyday. When I was there I kept thinking to myself wow, these ladies work their behinds off!

this is a really cute thread Mine was walking down the aisle and just being so happy that everything worked out and my best friends were there Also we did a trash the dress and when we were in the ocean a wave went right over us and we were hysterical laughing and of course jumping in the pool at the end!
